Excellent video, I really appreciate you taking the time to break this down, I’m about a year into my channels journey and having a blast!! Keep up the great content!
Just found your channel off a FB comment. Kayak fisherman and dad. Watched a couple of your vids so far. You just got me as a subscriber! Can’t wait to see more. Thanks for what you do.
Thanks for the vid! Been studying a lot of YT general creator techniques since starting my channel last month. Definitely like hearing this fishing specific advice.
@@BeardedDadFishing definitely! My channelnis focused on fishing with my 4 year-old. So it's definitely been some special bonding opportunities. I've been planning for quite a while. So it feels like I've been doing it longer then I have, lol
I’m still new to it but have really been enjoying building a channel this year! I have a long way to go but it’s pushed me to spend more time on the water for sure!
Love this video me and a buddy of mine are starting a UA-cam channel once I’m able to get out there with out snow on the ground lol but would love someone to kind of teach me the way and the neat tricks and tips on the UA-cam side of things
Great information man! I am just starting in my you tube journey. Have a couple camera set ups on my boat and am just starting to record hope before the new year I can post my first video that’s the goal. I have to practice the editing and go from there! Keep up the good work!👊🏼
Just a heads up man... I uploaded my first video. I know as I go along they will get better. the editing is a little work but like you said the more you do it the better at it I will get.
Thanks for this video, I am just beginning my UA-cam journey and learning on the go. I started my channel to share my adventures with my family and friends and whoever wants to watch. I have learned a lot through trial and error rigging out my kayacht. I decided that I want to share some of the knowledge I have gained in hopes it might save others some time and money. Anyways thanks again!
Thanks for watching! Learning on the go is the best way to do it. I started for the same reason and continue to learn. Just remember to be consistent and to stick it out when it gets tough.
Appreciate this video brother! I just bought a GoPro Hero 11 to start a Seadoo Fishpro specific channel focused in the upper NW Oregon Coast. Bottom fish and salmon during season. As you know there seems to be A LOT of information to learn and get your head wrapped around before actually filming your first video. I had to laugh when you mentioned not being comfortable behind the camera. First thing on my mind but I'll work it out as I go like you said. Lastly the audio question....We are usually punching through waves out in the ocean and an external mic would definitely get wet. I'll see how the 11's internal mic works and go from there as I'll mainly have it on a chest mount. Thanks again for this video really appreciate the information!
Got a DJI action 4 this past weekend , went fishing today and got a couple catches on video . I’m trying to figure out how to edit my video(my laptop is super old) and also not sure what to name my channel . I want something unique but also something easy to remember .
Same here, just starting out with a fishing channel.I've started by turning photos into a video on Google photos, only using a android phone atm.Been looking at merging/editing smaller video clips, after a bit of research I'm going to give Capcut editor a try.
I love fishing but yes I won't to try to make money but not trying to get rich i am on disability and trying to make a little money and have fun fishing and challenging myself to be a better at fishing thank you for the information

Awesome brother. Good luck! Don’t give up!
Love it man... definitely appreciate the give back that you do to support foster families!
Appreciate it brother! Foster care has left a huge mark on our hearts and it’s the least we can do to give back to that community.
