Feeling great Sir but doing the upper body exercise my thighs are dropping and feeling some difficulty in bending elbows
Jgd , bhayya does protein supplement you suggested have any side effects, i think it is plant based, it should be fine, but just wanted to confirm
It's vegan, non GMO, plant based! It's fine!
But make sure to drink sufficient water and do good exercise!

Sir, your videos are good but I have some suggestion.
1. you can use hinglish (mix of hindi and english , not fully hindi and not english) , in this video you use complete english sentence and complete hindi sentence (two complete sentence repeat ) you should avoid this. its not relevent , not for hindi audience as well as english audience and not also for those who understand both hindi and english.
2. You can make videos in hindi and add english subtitles or vice versa (depends on audience ,maximum audience), it works.
