@@mrsglivinghave you seen how it works on a person that has a perm? How does it look and do? What do you mean it made your hair fluffy? Will it do that for perm hair too or strip the perm?
Double shampooing will make it stretch. A little shampoo, rinse and repeat and you'll get a better lather with less product on the second go. I love the hair cream😍
Oh I'm definitely a lazy natural too sis . I can't wait to try these products. I read her book and I'm so excited to support the hair care products brand. I love that u stated that its more of a clarifying shampoo but also still moisturing. Thanks for reviewing.
@Mrs G Living same here . Soon as I seen your video pop up my mouth dropped and I had to watch. Definitely get her book it's amazing. The audio book is even better because she is narrating it. Now let me go back to binging your vids lol
I like Tabitha Brown, but her products did not moisturize my hair like it claims. I also noticed unusual shedding in small pieces out of the norm after using the shampoo; conditioner and leave in. I realized it’s not for me.
I was looking to see if someone else had this experience too. I bought the whole line, but after the shedding and dryness, I'll call it a loss and go back to what I know. I really wanted to love and support her product.
Based on the reviews I've seen, I think the issue lies with the conditioner, I just doesn't seem to hit w/ enough moisture. That seems to be general consensus w/ a lot of the natural hair reviews I've seen.
I JUST GOT THE WHOLE COLLECTION FROM ULTA THEY ARE BOGO 50% OFF TILL THE 29TH OF JULY AND I CAN'T WAIT TO USE IT AND NOW TARGET CARRYS HER HAIR PRODUCTS ALSO.
Tabitha's products have protein in it. Some 4C hair is sensitive to protein and it can damage the hair, which is why I never bought her products. I wasn't going to take the risk.
I have 3C hair, it works okay with me. The price is not worth it for me. The conditioner isn't my favorite. I was debating if I wanted to return my products. I did return the cream.
Brey Lake: Thanks for watching. I did see the creamy hair and scalp oil, but I figure since I had the strength oil, I didn't need to purchase the other one, but I may have to go back and try it.
I ain’t gonna lie I saw a bad review on the shampoo. But I can see in your hair that its definitely working. I can see the difference pretty quickly how its smoothing the hair. Wow the conditioner too I can see the bounce totally different review on 4c hair. I’m floored the other person had thin density, your density is definitely tripled hers and I think her hair is porous. I don’t think your hair is porous though.
Monica Branch: Eventhough it's marketed for all hair types, it may not be for all hair types. I definitely like the shampoo and conditioner. Thanks for watching!
@@mrsgliving yeah. I mean it does work on all hair but when someone is really in-tuned to their hair they can tell it’s not the best for them. Or honestly they may need to use it a few times. So it definitely depends on a lot of different things.
@zinaherndon3294: If you REVIEWED my descripton box, it CLEARLY stated that at the time of MAKING this video which was June 2023 Target WAS NOT selling Donna's Recipes. Target DID NOT start selling Donna's Recipe until July 2023. Until July 2023, DONNA'S Recipe was ONLY being SOLD at ULTA. THANK YOU!
Ok soooo, I’m so glad I watched your review. I’m actually a newly relaxed gal but I still use curly and natural hair products on my hair. I have a lot of shampoo and conditioner that I was feeling pressed about rushing through so I could buy Tabitha’s. But they honestly work very well for my hair so no need to rush, because from your review, I’m not really missing out. I did purchase her leave in conditioner and hair cream though and will work those in to my styling. Great review, thanks. 🫶🏾👏🏾
A true 4c natural! Thank you for the review.
Tocrazyjay: Thank you!

Truth Be Told:
Thanks for your honest opinion as opposed to others hyping up a celebrity product. 🤗

Cammy N Thanks for watching and your comment. The shampoo, conditioner, and oil I enjoyed but the styling products were not for me as well.

Does the shampoo and conditioner contain coconut oil? I have 4C hair and coconut oil breaks my hair.
@@dorisgrover1037 it is the second ingredient in most of the products.

Thanks for this honest review.
I tried the products in my fine thin hair it weighed my hair down. I can only use mousse, my hair only likes the scalp creme lol
I have 3C hair, it works okay with me. The price is not worth it for me. The conditioner isn't my favorite. I was debating if I wanted to return my products. I did return the cream.
@teetee8388: It didnt even cross my mind to return the items. I wish I had returned them or at least purchased during BOGO to save some money.
A lazy natural. That would be me too.
There is one more styling product the creamy hair and scalp oil. I used these using the LOC system and it seemed to help with the dryness

Another reviewer pointed out it has protein in the shampoo. Protein sensitive hair might be some people problems
