You are right! What you put in your body will eventually show up on the outside. This goes for skin, hair and how your body blocks or heals illnesses. But you had me rolling when you mentioned how complex some DIY hair growth treatments can be.🤣 I was just seeping fresh rosemary in hot water, and it has worked beautifully, but after watching this I'll add a green tea bag to the rosemary.

Thank you for the video! One thing you said that will sick with me was "work on your inside" along with your outside, but you also didn't suggest drinking tea as medical advice. Green tea usually gives me headaches, and I wanted to start incorporating tea rinses, but all the info I've found on them suggest rinsing them out, which does consume more of your time. I've done some research on DHT blockers and coffee, and wanted to include it in my haircare as well. Now I think I will be using coffee and tea from now. Thanks again. God bless 🫶🏾

Whoa hasn’t even been a week and I already feel the scalp waking up and see hairs starting to poke through. Note. I also started taking 450mg of Saw Palmetto capsules internally too. There have been some very promising studies showing that it is an excellent DHT blockers for participants who took a 300mg daily dose for 3 months. 👍😎 So excited….green tea and saw palmetto tag team DHT blockers. Stop getting a trim when someone tells you you need one. Trim only when u need too. If we trimmed all the time for longer hair we would have had long hair a long time ago.
There's 3 sections to take care of on our head

Hello, I have been watching your content recently to try and work on my hair growth journey but I wanted to know, how should I store the green tea once it is in a spray bottle? Like, should it be stored in the fridge or at room temperature? Thanks if you can answer :D!

Be careful with drinking tea daily because that reduces B1 in your body but green tea is good for you but not daily. I will definitely try this in my hair.

Havent seen many comments on those who have actually used the product. I am going to try it and give an actually first tried and tested comment. however if it doesnt work for me it may work for you. She seems to know the science behind it. I sincerely hope it works for me too. I will return..

Love the way you went about the tutorial. Pls I have a terrible hair loss at the center of my head. I used to have a very long full thick hair but all gone now, my hair is nothing to behold. Got worse after I had my only child at age 59 30mnths ago, I need to get my hair back bcos I'm not used to all these wigs at all. How do I get your green tea hair rinse tutorial? What are the names of these your shampoo & moisturiser pls? Thanks.

Can you do a video on how to stop itchy scalp? My scalp itches so much I end up losing my hair from scratching. I eat healthy, take my vitamins and workout. I don’t know what else to do
