Astonishing insight, and completely true and correct in my experience. Don't really know who you are mate, but have decided to subscribe. Every single word you spoke made complete sense to me for reasons I will withhold, but for sure, it resonated within like no other on this mad tube web malarkey. The only way out is through. My life was like that for 30 years. Slowly coming out of it now. It helps, like you said, to just focus on the next 10 seconds (if that's all you can do) or the next 10 minutes. It also helps, weirdly, to know you got through so many days like that before. Yeah, they ground you down to nothing, but you're still here. And there's nothing left to break after a while anyway, and then the pain loses all its power.
