couple of friends and I decided to make a drive up to that event to see the KAZ and Gloria in person, easily the best decision we made. the cars are even more beautiful in person, cant wait to see them again the next chance I get!
The wing is perfect and flows flawless with the vehicles design, definitely worth the upgrade. You have a great group of friends who are unlike most other car guy channels out here, all that macho talk, cursing, inflated egos, unnecessary laughter, irrelevant jokes, and cockiness is absent in your group of friends. I normally hate wings unless they are functionally required, but that one fits the car perfectly and it transforms the look of the car in every positive way. I wish I had that one on my 91 TT back in the day!!!!
Looks like it's time for some dual electric fans and some underbody panels to guide the air thru the intercooler/rad and install a oil cooler. Maybe also wrap the exhaust with a heat wrap and a turbo wrap to cut down on the underhood heat
The build is coming along great. Keep up the great work. I would contact the clamp manufacturer and see if they can warranty the ones that fell off or see if the have any ideas why they fell off when they shouldn't. Definitely don't forget to weld or roll a bead for the air filter piping and upgrade filter when you get a chance

One suggestion for the AN lines where you put the heat protector, on the race cars to make it a bit more neat and clean we put a piece of heatshrink tape and it will hold it in place as well! 0:44

4:43 Reminds me of my friend and I after we installed a front mount intercooler kit on his 2016 STI right before a 2 hour road trip, went for a pull on the on ramp about halfway through and blew the hot side pipe off the turbo because the clamp wasn't tight enough, 20 minutes of burning our hands on the turbo later and we were back on the road

Your philosophy of internals before externals; Drives well before it looks good, makes this thing an absolute sleeper! Would not take much at all to be able to safely boost the engine.
The issue with the clamps may be that there's not much room for flex in your system. When the engine twists under torque or any movement, the stresses are applied to the weakest point which are the clamps. Maybe look at introducing points that allows for some flex and movement
If you want a great 3" filter for a good price, Walmart has a partnership with K&N now. They have the K&N select 2.5", 3", and 4" cone filters for about $50 now. I'm running one on my 2003 Honda Accord V6 manual now, and it's simply put a great filter at a great price. They also come with a nice wide stainless steel clamp, but you can always get a different clamp if you feel like it :)
So to fill that open area where the front grille cover thing used to be. I know you said you needed to run an oil cooler to keep it functioning, I’d weld some brackets onto an oil cooler and fit the oil cooler in that spot and spray the OG Nissan logo on the cooler so that way there’s still air passing through to the filter.
Honestly even before boosting the Z it was always a good daily drive and car overall, now with it boosted it is really a great car and fun to drive too. At this point use the other Z as a parts car cuz like guys he already has a good Z!!

I like the look of a clean z with no spoiler. That said, with the body kit and the turbo it totally fits the build and looks good!
