Get rid of roadside shacks/market stalls, get rid of matatu chaos, get utilities underground, etc. Enough rant...from Yurop, Kisumu.
Why do people refer to Kisumu as Europe / lower Europe
Cause it's not yet functional... You need to see a proper functioning city with mobility... Business ... Housing ...
@@Eiarlk Kisumu is referred to as Yurop not Europe

This is wonderful Kenya👏👏👏. Way to go. From South Africa
Love seeing this back home. Well wished to Kenya from the USA. 🇺🇸 I haven’t even seen much of this technology here after 20 years. Hopefully I can be able to own a home in that city whether I get back.
Congratulations Kenya, if this can be implemented in each County, in 30 years to come, Kenya will be more developed than majority of the Western Countries. Team Making Home a better place to live in
This is big move, congrats to GOK for having great developmental projects like Konza, I am proud to be East African, Hii dunia itatambua the power of East Africa. Unyama ni mwingi.
Jumuia ya Afrika mashariki iendele na maendeleo, tupunguze utengano na tufanye kazi pamoja kama kitu kimoja.
Chams you're truly a patriot. Your content is very inspiring and it gives hope to majority of Kenyans who have been been constantly betrayed by their leaders. Thank you and God bless you brother.
For this simple reason, time to fly back home. Thanks Chamwada....
Hey bro good idea come back home I have land for sale in this area...I grew up here

Congratulations to your smart city Kenyans. Love from West Africa Liberia 🇱🇷
My main fear was for the wildlife, but I'm happy to see they've made provisions for a corridor. Kenyans always prioritise the environment which is wonderful to see.
Love from Indonesia 🇮🇩....
This city needs a subway....Nairobi-konza💯
or a branch line from the existing SGR extended to the existing nairobi railway station, with more frequent schedules
@@ericmosioma6319 What signalling are you guys using in SGR? Increasing frequency of trains to provide metro-like services on mainline railways is not just a frequency thing, you need different paradigms, like fixed block vs moving block, etc. At least that has been our experience in Indian Railways.
God gave us His Excellency Mwai kibaki for us to understand what good leadership looks like🎉
True story, this is President Kibaki's Legacy. Vision 2030 being realised in time.
Just one president to show us between good and bad leadership..God and satan
This is excellent building in silence , developing more than what you already have . This is excellent . I am from Zimbabwe very proud of you guys not our people celebrating opening of bridges and refurbishment of roads
Riara University will be setting up theor HQs here....🎉🎉🎉great synergies 👍👍👌
You can tell already it’s going to be a buzzing place in the future🔥
Kenya has a massive potential and resources to become a smart country. We have smart minds, ambitious and visionary. Our human capital is at the best. Problem is, we have weak corrupt leaders who easily bend towards foreign forces that hate to see Kenya and Africa evolve. Nevertheless against all odds here we are turning a dream into reality. I'm positive many more investors will be convinced to join in by this milestone. Salute Chamwanda for great coverage.
One of the best 😂
I do not believe there any ''foreign forces'' who hate to see Kenya evolve
This is exactly what I actually expected Nigerian states to be doing. Very forward thinking of Kenya. kenya is actually doing a smart city.
Appreciate and stop comparing una own too much, have u heard of eko Atlantic go check recent development
@@josephorobosa6105 i like the jealous in you
@@josephorobosa6105 David Hundeyin mention in one of his podcast that Kenya is likely to be the first Developed African Country. Watching this video made me believe more in his assertion.
Kibaki was an economist ...it makes a big difference ...knowing what ingredients are needed to develop a country
Thank you Bitange Ndemo. When you came up with it,we (many Kenyans) thought it was a joke, but, now here,we can all see and witness it fiscally.
Mungu akulinde TU Mkisii wewe!
This is super impressive. I can’t tell you how happy I’m to witness this type of project in Kenya. It’s a well thought and well executed project which in its self is not an easy feat especially in our African continent. As someone in property development in Nigeria, I’m impressed and inspired.
Hope to see many more of its kinds all across Africa. It’s high time.
Well done Konza
Love from Nigeria.
Thank you all for the overwhelming feedback on this production. We value your comments. Keep it Chams Media
Thanks Chwamwada...can we get updates of Tatu and Northland cities
Great journalism Mr. Chamwada. Great to see positive news, especially after experiencing negativity in the last couple of years. Asante
Your work is very clean.
Bravo chams media, the entire thing is nothing but POSITIVITY
Proudly Kenyan. The future of our great Nation is bright.
Wooow..is this my country Kenya 🇰🇪?!So proud..so we have konza city, tatu city, northlands city and Nairobi gate city..they are all smart cities..🤝👍
Add Tilisi to that list.
Those are gated communities well marketed or riding on the idea of Konza smart city which borrows from Silicone valley to become a tech hub dubbed African silicone savannah

One thing am happy about that city is that its kenyans behind the constructions planning and whatsoever. Give Kenyans a chance they will do great in their home country!! Ruto stop exporting our labour outside our country!!!. In life i will own a business premise in Konza
Kenyans know nothing they are just labourers Chinese are the brains behind it
Amen for you
Beautiful to see the ingenuity of Kenyans. This should be a model for all countries in Africa to build cities this way from the start. Amazing!
This is a milestone from Uganda 🇺🇬 our neighbours
Blown away by the fact that we had visionary leaders who were wise to pursue this nearly 15 years ago!
I wish the Kenya national media was covering such good news.
Anyone who has been following the mainstream media knows that Kenya is on fire.
With non performing leaders. Thank you for sharing this story 🙏
Love from UGANDA
But all African countries are on fire. The only difference is that the media is restricted in the other countries, unlike in Kenya where there is freedom of speech
We make noise especially when your underperforming leader we will expose you the good things happening we keep quiet and enjoy the progress konza is just one of the cities under construction we have railway city
