So fingers dont get chopped off adjust the red wood splitter to come up only half way or a little more. If you look at the wood it already is plit halfway through the ax head. Work Smart and keep your fingers.
It compacts paper and lighter fluid together, and then the compacted disks are used to start charcoal grills. Its a cheap and efficient way to both start your grill, along with a great way to dispose of old papers.
A paper briquete maker. You take old newspaper and other waste paper and shred it into water to make papier mache. He loads it into the press and squishes the water out. The briquettes are stored to air dry. They make a free alternative to coal, wood etc as fuel.
Do the job and don't complain, there's a million applicants behind you. One of my first jobs, almost two decades ago in the US, was running a press making quick tie brackets for decks and wall frames. Ran an automated arc welder for a few weeks, nobody said "Hey, here's goggles for you to wear." The auto brake malfunctioned all the time on the press next to me. One day the operator on it reached in to grab a finished part and install a new blank but it didn't stay at the top of the stroke, it started cycling. I don't need to tell anybody who knows what an industrial press is what it'll do to a hand. The foreman instantly flipped, not because someone got hurt, but because everybody else stopped working when the screaming started. Boss had known about that machine for months, never fixed it. Had a temp worker on it two days later, I quit on the spot when I saw that. It might be better on that side of the water, but here in America industrial workers only get gloves and goggles when osha is inspecting.
The West does not have to send small jobs like this to Asia, it can be done at home just as cheaply with no shipping costs involved from off shore and we get the joibs not China or some other Asian country.
They called it working with your hands was a common thing many moons ago, provided a well needed service to society, people need fire wood NOT WATCHING OTHER PEOPLE PLAY GODDAMN VIDEOGAMES OR REVIEWING FUCKIN TOYS..

Thanks to all the men that sacrifice their health for us to live better lives
Wow! Log splitters, rivet guns, machine presses, and lathes! Fucking AMAZING!!!
Yeah, compulsive viewing . . .
Man! Some of those machines were hand eating monsters.
Workers are God's gift
Chapeau aux ingénieurs pour la conception des machines!
Just love machines
Work fascinates me.
I can watch it for hours.
This is sooo satisfying to me

Класс! Интересно и привлекательно. Спасибо.
As someone who burns wood for heat, I love those first two machines.
Not hard to build....
Great machines
wow! I've never seen a press before
Very dangerous machine but works great.
I imagine in most of these workplaces that if they go a whole week without a fatality then they have to pick someone and sacrifice them to the Machine Gods to keep them appeased.
You have been reading too much Stephen King. Haha.
The word you are looking for heretic is The Omnissiah.
Saw a lot of places where hands could go missing!
If you're not missing any body parts at the end of the year, then you pass the IQ test.

Definitely some OSHA violations

Many tasks are still performed by humans. I don't know how a person could repeat those actions all the day long
all i got from this was the excuse to do well in school
10:37 omg that 'safety at work' is terrifying
I don't know what he's doing but he has every right to shoot anyone who distracts him.
Im guessing you've never worked in a factory then...
A wild suggestion . The rivets at 2:00 .... would big nuts and bolts not have done???
spec work
Rivets don't come undone.
Could not choose between metric and imperial.

Good👍👍👍
that riveting tool would have been really useful when constructing the Eiffel tower
that is pretty much what they used. The pneumatic rivet gun hasn't changed that much.
cant believe dude runnin the press has all his fingers. Let alone his toes. My man was barefoot.
How many hands per year would you guess that first machine chops off?
Less then how many perish per week from car accidents
@@skaiidawg Stupid comparison, billions of people take part in traffic, daily and probably less than 1% of people use this machine.

It would have been nice to see what is under the riveting driver. What is that driver hammering against?
It's a 8yr old Asian boys skull holding the rivet on the underside.
A butterfly.
A buckaroo of course!
Anyone know the name of the piano song being used in this video?

Wood splitters. Even at 26, I still have to use an ax and saw xD

Once the paper dries into that little log it is then used to burn as a fire log in the fireplace.
