In 69, my Grandmother had the best Cocktail Party. I got soo drunk and Grandmother sent me to get more booze in her 59 Cadillac, I ran off the road a little. Then a friend of my Grandfathers lost his glass eye in the onion dip. He was too passed out in a chair to notice. My Grandmother started stirring the dip and pulled up the eye on a spoon, my Mom walks in from the kitchen and screams at the sight. My Grandmother says its just an eye it will look better when I rinse it off. I was only 11 and felt fine the next day, wow what memories!!
I love seeing your 1950's recipes because you're vegan so I may find something I would like to actually try, although I must admit most 50's recipes sound a bit disgusting lol! Your presentation is beautiful and of course you look stunning in your cocktail outfit 😍😍
Yeah it’s definitely a mixed bag! In the UK and Aus we have way more mock-meat options like shrimp and cocktail wieners, so I could do more of the meat based ones. In France I’m kinda limited with vegan ingredients. But I have chosen some main dishes that actually look tasty so 🤞
Lovely 🐝 you are so beautiful and creative. Thank you so much for this fun video. Love seeing you in the kitchen and having a virtual happy hour with you. Wish I was there in person girl ❤❤❤ much love from Sonoma County 🍷
Miss bee can you make videos about moms beauty routines back in 1940s or 50s? I mean like easy quick hairdos or makeup or what to wear...I used to be vintage lover put red lipstick on and curl my hair everyday but now I'm a mom of six months old twins and I have no style at all 😂
Love your vibe, but honestly the best part of this for me was learning that France insists on truth for labels. If it's not meat, don't mention it. If it's not cheese, don't mention it. I wish Canada would adopt this philosophy.
I literally used the service before promoting it like I do with any collaboration and I am sharing my own experience as a client, which has been great 🤷🏻♀️ I also checked online and I see 4.5 stars on Trust Pilot and a bunch of independent positive reviews. There’s positive and negative reviews for every business. In the end I can only share my own experience as it’s the one I can be sure of.
@@MissBeeTownsend you might have been lucky. Even here on UA-cam there are many videos consisting of many testimonies with thousands of comments all confirming that with their own stories, and imho even one video about this particular type of business screwing people over is one too many 👀
@@janecheerI think it’s good that you did your own research and made the choice that is right for you. I would encourage anyone to always do their own research and not just rely on the opinion of one person. I’m happy with my choice as it was the right one for me 🙏
@@MissBeeTownsend I'm happy it worked out for you! ❤️ I was just bringing this to your attention, is all. A really big youtuber recently posted a short sponsored by them and got completely destroyed in the comments section.

Gioielli vestito guanti che chic !!! Che eleganza !
Love the green cocktail dress!!😍
Thank you! It’s a true vintage one gifted to me by my mum many years ago now. I rarely get the opportunity to wear it these days!

You look stunning Bee! I'm very excited for this series. I did shout "oh no!" aloud when you showed the "recipe" for the pb & k dip though haha 😂😫
I was able to adapt Dylan Hollis' vintage recipe for avocado bread to be sugar & gluten free. It was delish. So silky
Yum! What GF sub did you use?
@@MissBeeTownsend I used almond flour & since it doesn't rise as much as regular flour, I beefed up the baking powder. Turned out great
Stunning!💖!
Very realistic hair and dress. Barely remember (born in '55') but recall my Mom looking and serving simaler goodies.
How beatiful are you increasingly becoming! Best compliments, from a '50/'60 passionate!
My parents gave parties in the 50s. Women in skin tight dresses, men in suits. Hired help serving canapés and martinis.❤❤
We call that measuring with your heart ❤
Love it!

This is a great idea. I’m sure you’re not alone. I don’t have kids so I’d be guessing what’s manageable but I can give it a go!
I need to try this. I love peanut butter.
Hello Miss Bee, from France !
Salut ! 🇫🇷
Have you ever tried cheese fondue? Very 50's-60's,
I thought the pin wheel tea sandwiches looked good and I like them being small. Both dips are a no go.
What an incredible video! Thank you very much. You belong in Hollywood, in motion pictures. Always watching in Arizona.
Cool 😀
you look so gorg!!!💟
Well, that didn't turn out half bad. I would probably enjoy all of these 😅
Although peanut butter and ketchup is a weird combination.
Tbf I’ve had worse store-bought dips 🤣🥴
Hi I just subscribed 💫

Ok. 👌👍.
Olive oil, for all, better.

Agreed. Liquid gold 🙌🏼
@@MissBeeTownsend oh! Yes. Ok.
Thank you so much. 🙂☺️, 🌹🌹🌹....
🫣 I don’t think Parmesan is vegan, do you use a vegan version??
I’ve been vegan for over 10 years. I got this 👍🏼
@@angelajane3913 Scusa ma 😀😀😀
I wish more women dressed this way
U have the best figure!!!
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️my favorite arts of the 1950s the awful food and misogyny
The name Beyond Meat SHOULD be illegal. There's no such thing as vegan cheese. Ludicrous.
