I really appreciate your transparency here! I'd love to see a sort of "challenge" video where you host an event under different budgets (like 20/per guest, or 100 total, or etc), I'm sure you'd end up with some really creative stuff!

When I tell my friends I can’t wait to have my own place and host people this is what I mean! Hosting is such a special thing. I love getting to be creative and show my friends some love at the same time.
Thrift stores are great for picking up vases, serving dishes, utensils, etc. I typically purchase white/neutral items to be cohesive. Depending on your theme or potentially altering your theme/decor to work with what you find too. It’s very easy to save $$ and keep to a budget if you look in the right places:) Happy new year and stay safe!

Always rent from Town & Country in LA. They are like the Nordstrom of rentals, but very professional and quality items
One thing I do is with our friends is okay left right center with dollar bills or even one time we did it with 5s it’s fun takes a while and also someone wins money lol always fun and I think people look forward to it lol

I’ll usually make a list of all tasks and color code them by the day I want to do them!

I would post a valentines event. Also: you may want to consider showing how you would host a valentines party a month before the event so that ppl can follow your tips and host the event themselves !

What? Every time we host diners all our friends split on grocery ingredients because it can be EXPENSIVE.
The income of each person doesn't change the fact who should pay the most... especially if you're getting decor and stuff, everyone should pitch in.
