Hanas segment was so surreal and insane. The ranch syrup chex mix with the cognac old fashioned advertisement in the middle was such an experience. I'm reeling
Zaynab seems so considerate and down to earth… like I know that dish will punch above its weight, be impressive and tasty YET it looks relatively simple to put together. Not a ton of ingredients either. 0 pretentiousness. She’s like the really intelligent person who can explain complex ideas simply. She’s doing that but with food.
Definitely going to make that furikake Chex mix. I love the regular Chex mix and this sounds a million times better. I think I need to make it right now.
Yes. That was my thought during his part. Yeah, it looked great, but what a waste kf ingredients. I guess you could probably do multiple rounds of shrimp through the same stock? But still...
Zaynab’s recipe looks good enough to scale down, make enough for one, and have for dinner on the couch with a glass of red wine and a movie, especially if you’re cutting back on carbohydrates 💡
We have lots of holiday get togethers coming up soon and these recipes will make our table really interesting and delicious. Thanks for developing these recipes!
@@JCNY718 A traditional old fashioned is with rye or bourbon yes, but citrus definitely does go with scotch. An islay old fashioned is delightful, you should try it. Plus there is plenty of non-smoky unpeated scotch that has similar sweet and spicy notes to rye, some speysides make a great sub
I've been looking for a diffrent trial mix recipe to have with drinks when friends come over. That trailmix recipe looks absolutely perfect. Definitely gonna be making that!
Most important thing when making cocktail sauce is to squeeze that lemon and strain it into the dish over your bandaid. It adds that special ‘je ne sais quoi’😅
You guys finally figured out to put the Chef's names WHEN THEY APPEAR IN THE VIDEO. Rather than just at the beginning, so we have forgotten by the time we get back to them.

A ‘ton’ of pepper? C’mon BA. That’s probably too much.
I used to be a BA fan.....until they locked my recipes and now want to charge me to retrieve them. Way to share the love BA.
Can’t wait until brad has his own channel so I can stop watching bon appetite
Love Zaynab!
Brad is like if a golden retriever became human and decided it wanted to get into food. The energy is amazing.
I truly hate how accurate this is😂
@@Genny-Zee if someone is actually annoyed by Brad, consider all hope for the world is lost
Definitely Mr.Peanutbutter vibes
More like a Cocker Spaniel.
I mean you could have just said "Brad is like if a golden retriever became human".
The leg kick after tasting those shrimp 😂
He is a golden retriever 🤷🏼♀️ lol
put his foot up in it
Seeing Brad in an episode is the only reason I watch Bon Appetite
Same but I most of the time don’t even watch the rest of the video just the part with brad
Wish they would make a new episode of it’s alive!
@@mrvalski I hope so that would be so cool if he not only started he own channel but brought hunzi with him!
I’m in complete agreement!
Gregory House: "Words hurt, you know." Oh come on, their all good. Leone is just a lot more fun and funnier. Hoping for the new channel.
SAME!

SO creative yet unpretentious. True sign of a master chef.
@@fnnygrndm exactly my thoughts!
Yeah... great pairing. A $180 bottle of cognac with some cereal. Gimme a break.

The snack and cocktail are super creative and non pretentious, love it
I can tell it tastes amazing and pairs perfectly
What is non pretentious mean

@@Onewheelordeal do you know the price of Remy XO?
She didn’t use Honeycomb cereal?!? But some Chex type stuff. Yeah yeah yeah.
I see Brad, I click. More Brad, please!
Agree! I Love anything Brad!
Zaynabs steak, and brads shrimp look like dinner to me. So good!
I’ve been cooking steaks in cast iron for about 5 years and have learned it’s the ONLY way to cook it. It adds a nice crust.
Definitely going to make that furikake Chex mix. I love the regular Chex mix and this sounds a million times better. I think I need to make it right now.
Brad: Get the best shrimp you can afford.
Brad: Dumps $50 worth of veg and spice into a pot just to boil shrimp for 2 mins.
Simmer, we’re you paying attention? 😂
😆 my first thought also
My cheap self thinking "You can buy fresh bay leaves?" Lol
Yes. That was my thought during his part. Yeah, it looked great, but what a waste kf ingredients. I guess you could probably do multiple rounds of shrimp through the same stock? But still...
Watch the very last clip lol
Once again, Brad steals the show. Simple and delicious food.
Brad telling me “ I’m worth it” is just wanted I needed to hear.
Oh my god, I've been craving shrimp cocktail for the past week. Brad's segment hits hard 😞
Furikake in chex mix is such a genius tip
Good housekeeping cocktail sauce 1960’s used chili sauce. Grew up on it. It is a game changer
Same. Heinz Chili Sauce has been a staple in our family since I was a child. Great on beans with cornbread.
Heinz Chili sauce is a must glazed on meatloaf before it's cooked.
@@sophiophile it's also a must on beans and cornbread.
Brad single handedly saved this channel imo.
trying inés’s recipe asap it looked soooo good 🤤
I wrote them all down. But Inese didn't show what the egg mixture was. Mayonnaise? I'll keep looking.
@@davidbuben3262 The egg mixture is made of egg. lightly beaten, yolk + white.
Chex Mix and a cocktail? That’s hands down my dinner three to four days out of my week. Praise you girl for being the best snack to light!

I see Brad Leone, I click. More brad please

the peppery anti pasti skewers 🔥🔥
"Pretty heavily both" is my new favorite term lol
Brad (& admittedly Chris) are and always will be BA.
I miss the "Original Team". I rewatch their old vids just so I can see them interact. The pre-covid Thanksgiving Feast is my favorite....
the dates look amazing - definitely gonna try those. And Brad is - as always - such a joy to watch

Aww the band-Aid matches the colours 😍
I missed Brad's chaotic energy ❤
Bravo 👏 really great apps! I honestly expected wings and guacamole but I see creative and deliberate culinary combinations!
Brad chuckling while pouring all that wine 😂😂😂
WOW WOW WOW - all of them are a total BRAVO! Gonna make 'em all 🙂
I know I'm an old soul when I got excited for that chex mix 😍
An Old Fashioned with SCOTCH?! lmao This vid is killer, though. Gonna try a bunch of these over the holidays!
Was thinking the same… bourbon or rye is traditional, orange/citrus doesn’t really go with the smoke and wood of a scotch.
That was cognac, not scotch.

As much as I enjoy watching the new chefs, bon appétit just will never be the same!!!
I agree, I like the new additions, too…..it’s going to be better!!!
I'm scared to think of what Brad used before Chili Sauce. BTW, Kendra kills it every time it's snack, app, tapas, etc.
The ribeye with pepper n cheese 🔥

Oh yeah, I gotta try that shrimp and I'm thinking that stock will make a fantastic soup!
Watching Brad, the guy who says wourder, struggle with the pronounciation of court-bouillon, is not unexpected.

Wow I now NEED that snack mix and old fashioned combo in my life.
Omg those dates 😍
That Remy Martin Cognac plug for the chex mix was a paid promotion. Strangely, I got an ad for Remy Martin Cognac right after :)
My theory. If Brad is a Golden Retriever, Kendra is a yellow Labrador. A little more put together but vary similar energy
what a great old fashioned and chex mix. marry me. haha
With the Arctic blast coming, these would be great creations to attempt. If you got close they would still be fantastic I'd bet.
I’ve always noticed a familiarity within Brad. Now I know he is a friendly version of Andy Hammer. The good twin if you will 😂😂
Great episode, what is Brad doing with the shrimp stock now?
Take a shot every time Brad says plump, firm, or snappy
for the shrimp cocktail, anyone have ideas for what i could use the poaching liquid for after? i'd hate to waste it.
I was thinking it should make a great base for a seafood stew or chowder.
You can freeze it too if you don't need right away
