- Your mid term rental isn't getting rented? Well… A lot of travel nurses seek properties that have black out curtains, box fans and noise machines. As more and more Airbnb properties are entering the Mid Term Rental scene. We need to make sure that we have places that are going to be on par with those short term rental folks. This means leveling up the way we think about operating a midterm rental.
I called most of the Agencies here and all their answers are, Travelers choose to find their own places and take the Stipend instead. They also cut down on Nurse's pay no one willing to pay $ 1500 for a room with shared Br and spaces
Can I ask how many agencies you dialed ?
How did ya find the agencies ? You talk to the hospitals? Have you talked to unmatched leads on ff -

Hi Jessie, love your content. How about a ceiling fan vs box fan? My unit has AC too.
The box stands are more about the sound. A lot of clinicians like that sound of a fan whirling around. I personally do too. Keep in mind they sleep during the day. I need to have minimal disturbance.

If I'm looking for a place to rent I just look in facebook groups and marketplace. And yeaa no shared bathrooms. Did it once and never again

@@JesseVasquezAirVenture Thanks! I appreciate the info! I'm furnishing 2 apartments in a 4-pex building so noise can be a factor. I will get a box fan and one of the noise sound machines. Do I just need one of each per apartment? Also do you have a list of what you buy to furnish your properties?

I disagree have students crushing there most people just list on finished finder and Airbnb yes it’s gonna suck that way because everyone is doing it - if you go after the agency it’s different. Only 1 percent of perplexing will go that route
