I hadn’t thought about the one about classes. The others seemed really straightforward, but the one on classes made me go, “huh!”

    Love the new camera angle.
The old one makes you look like you're towering over people and talking down to them

Having acknowledged that defense attorneys sometimes lose their enthusiasm for certain clients, is it appropriate to ask your attorney if they are fully committed to your defense? I don't mean to sound antagonistic, I just want the peace of mind in knowing that my attorney is going to fight their hardest for me.

Attorneys are "committed" as long as you still have money in your pocket...once that well dries up, so does the attorney's enthusiasm for helping you obtain "justice."

Kudos, keep us posted how ur doing especially in times where there is vast amount of vulnerable abuse noted under assigned probate pros and we have highest incarc. Rate on globe in our Justice system that Congress allows so unjust, half the time they don't follow laws themselves.

I suppose ur going to hate me but the sad thing with our legal system is atty that sell this thinking as it adds stress and destroys lives of those actually innocent while resulting in more legal billing than should be necessary.
Such as 1: evidence, yes one can be arrested on verbal accusations....but if there's no material evidence it's the prosecutors job a) not to waste taxpayer money and b) not to convict person thereby funding the prison complex and all its subcontractors with a gov subsidized tenant!
2)better things to do: daily people like my cocaine brother on 3 bottle day vodka with loaded hand gun on front seat crashes into motorist And gets 1 day served with voluntary rehab, while innocent have to mortgage house to pay attys selling "trust me, even slight cases are more complex. Which ends up funding law firms wealth that fnancially drain any innocent, who then will thank you after being fleeced just happy it got over.
The other thing you said is client shouldn't get emotional of being wrongly accused where there is lack of substantial or material evidence. It may just be a day of work brining in revenue to firm, But having to be subject of costly legal attacks devastates lives, jobs, finances and is reason most cort rules include speedy, ethical requirements. Instead of, this may seem wrong but we need to endure each painstaking step same as if prosecutor much evidence all the while their atty's billing meter is running.
Congress is dutied to create and fund all courts to insure we have a Justice system, not an unjust system with atty saying great u been charged so let's get some mileage out of it by prosecutors who don't review cases and just Waste taxpayer dollars so opportunistic atty are financially favored in their firms.
Do the prosecutors have evidence or not? Because no person should ever endure financial, emotional stripping if they don't!
    4) affirmative classes: may not be an admission of guilt but the time consumption and added financial burden at usually an atty's subcontractor.
U likely say attys are just being diligent. Others would say a slew of atty. Firms allow unmerited proceedings upon a person that results in optimized, billing when there's no material evidence to warrant such.
If this is how the system is working these days, you practioners of juris prudence should be changing that not satisfied billing of it.
Because it's a long the same style of probate atty selling trust work under pretense that a) probate is more costly when in reality it's usually more costly for the trustees ripping benfs off and) asset protection doesn't ever include protecting assets from Medicaid recovery...which no matter how diligent most nest eggs are...seemed to get wiped out as most end up in nh on Medicaid.
The president don't run the country. Under Congress and attys, our legal systems is much a crock on taxpayers, just like everything else they run like the dept of AG allowing mass puppymillys of enslaved, used up souls, the mortgage foreclosure debacal as realtors become largest lobbyists, immigration, and trash, weed, alcohol and gambling spurred mental issues and crime is devastating American life, with the only message is we going to ban menthol cigarettes. How backwards we become under these 2 parties where our Congress works for them instead of being our representatives as constitution outlined them to be and our attorneys are their officers of court, thereby obstructing the last line of freedom of speech that states the right to associate and peacefully petit. Give for a readdress of our grievance knowing full well it's near impossible when our attys are under their control under the state bar as being their officers of court! Attys need to start actually working in our best interest in a speedy, ethical manner any time it's tort or criminal and especially if evidence is weak.

Today the character of some judges is heartbreaking. Some positions require a person who's ethics are above reproach and being a judge is one. Sadly, today we seem to have some Soros backed and DEI appointed judges who lack the morality and wisdom to be judges. I watched a Congressional hearing for a Supreme Court nominee and she couldn't or wouldn't define what a woman was. Unbelievably, she was confirmed! People mistakenly believe its over when a verdict is reached. However its not, someday all who were involved , from the police & arrest, district attorney & GrandJury, then trial will answer to " The Judge" of ones eternal future about their part in determining another humans guilt or innocence. Judgement and treatment of another by ones peer is a situation one should handle without bias, while praying for wisdom in reaching a just decision in whatever part they play.

    1. No physical evidence? Sworn testimony.
    2. Why prosecute minor case?
    3. Prosecutor is not the Judge.
    4. Affirmative class is not admission of guilt.
    5. This case is easy? Nope.
