I owned that cartridge back in 2000 here in Brazil, and I thought it was pretty good and also I used to believe the game was a genuine licensed game lmao I even had both the PS1 and the SNES versio at the same time

Does anyone remember Tekken Advance? I do. It was surreal. To think that Tekken 3 (pretty much the base for Tekken Advance) on a handheld back then was puzzling. Was it impressive? Hard to really say. I give Namco props for trying.
I had this one on the GBA. Even with the limited buttons it played quite well. Obvious sacrifices were made but still kept the Tekken vibe and feel.

I say make it ten points; I never heard that "snez" nonsense until the late 2000s & early 2010s. It was always Super Nintendo. (And while the SNES acronym was a thing, that was usually one of two shortforms in written/printed materials along with Super NES...)

Both those 2Ds aged better than the polygons. All it needed would need is some refined sprites, gameplay touched up and it would be the superior version. It's funny how the blinders of advancement back then turned out to just be a haughty bias that didn't hold up.
