    We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up routine to prepare your body, followed by a structured pyramid workout. The main session involves running and recovery parameters;
    200m 7-8 RPE - 60 Second Recovery
    400m 7-8 RPE - 90 Second Recovery
    600m 7-8 RPE - 2 Minute Recovery
    800m 7-8 RPE - 2.5 Minute Recovery
    600m 7-8 RPE - 2 Minute Recovery
    400m 7-8 RPE - 90 Second Recovery
    200m 7-8 RPE - 60 Second Recovery
