Really great presentation of your rental. I didn't catch the location, but if the funds permit for a furnished home, I vote short-term rental. You'll recoup your money faster and provide a nice space for people who are traveling looking for nice spaces like this. One thing I question is your idea of using the entire family room for a pool table. That limits the type of guests that look at your space. Perhaps a sectional and 70" TV, game boards, along with a smaller pool table, might be more inviting and expand your audience.

Well, I'm not experienced, but if it was me, I would just list it as a rental. Then, if a whole family comes along I would go with long-term rental, but if it's a roommate situation, I would start with a short-term rental. The house looks beautiful

Good work on the transformation you achieved on this property, and a great walk through explanation of all the work/vision that came with the project. I vote to weigh out the option of short term rental for at least for 6 month. I think it’s perfect timing for short term opportunities with the seasonal changes we are headed into.

Great rehab. Because of the high end look, I would go with long-term rental. Make sure and vet the tenant. Short term and mid term would do more damage to the house.

The original lender didn’t work out. Rates were too high. Talking with someone else at the moment. Seems promising.
