- Join me in this exciting journey as I take you through the process of flipping a 3 bed, 2 bath home in Charlotte for a $30,000 profit! This wasn't just any ordinary home, it was an off-market deal from a "for sale by owner" that my partner snagged.
Not everything went as planned, not even close, but this is a real adventure I went on and hopefully things go differently on the next one.
Lessons learned:
1) Invest in a closer project to me
2) Do not co-work with a GC (they do all the work or I do next time)
In this video, I'll be sharing with you all the details on how I DIYed a lot of the work, and worked alongside a general contractor to complete this project although NOT on budget NOR schedule.
