For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her.

It is lovely, but I share the same concerns regarding a barn door on a bathroom. It may look stylish, but the privacy is lacking. We have stayed in a hotel with one on the bathroom door, and did npt like it. Plus, it is noisy sliding it, and was a problem if someone needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking the other person. If I were going to live in this house, I'd have to change that to a regular door, preferably solid core You can get narrow double doors that would fit that opening, so they don't take up much floor space when opened up. PS: I love your Channel!

I don't use the door to my bathrooms, maybe it's that I'm half European? Keep catering to Cal Techies /Manhattan Beach alum Elisa, because we are the market that aren't bent out of shape over a door and in fact embrace such beautiful luxury and know what gratitude is and the hard work it requires to achieve such lifestyle and like I said, my crowd is your market and we're not hung up on doors and I would encourage you to continue making the choices you do, because the right market loves it!!!! It's unique & adds charm, looks modern and those of us who work hard in life don't care about such a nonsensical detail!!!! Do not allow the low rent trolls criticize your door with their noses stuck up in the air!!!! They're trendy trolls who could never afford these houses and that's the truth!!!! I love the fact that you did the sliding door and don't discount those of us whom are of higher market and easy going, we know what matters and we like this in you!! 🌹

The house is very nice but all your flips are nice . Your work is clean and very stylish and your co!or palette is always warm and elegant. Thumbs up on this flip, I love it.
Regarding your inquiry about barn doors; I think they are clumsy and unattractive and they are not trendy any more and they have been over used in lower end homes and heavily used in mobile homes.
Good luck with all you do!

Good cosmetic flip. I like that with small updates the home feels fresh and modern! The sunroom remodel does add great square footage to the small house.

Don't listen to these crabs critiquing a door Elisa!! I grew up in Manhattan Beach and attended Cal Tech. I own properties in California, Arizona and Massachusetts. Yours is what I'd love to put an offer in on, if ever I was looking in the bay area. I love the fact that you kept conservative but made a unique touch with the door and i find it to be beautiful 💗🙏🏻 They're like a pack of wolves on you about such a thing rather than admiring the efforts and they're also the ones belly aching over a million dollar price point, so you know they're opinions aren't what matter as they're not likely to even afford such an area. Do not let them deter you from doing innovative, unique idea's that suit you because coming from someone who is a House quite literally, they wouldn't know a door if it hit them in the ass!!!! This audience is quite an obnoxious piece of work with the insults over a door. The house is great "except", when they could never dream of owning such a place or they wouldn't have the lousy attitudes trust me. It takes a certain mentality to get farther ahead in life and focusing on hate about a door demonstrates a whole lot. This is not the crowd to listen to or cater your market to. They want a house full of these 🚪🚪🚪🚪🚪🚪🚪🚪 No thanks!!!! 🙅🏼‍♀️

@@albundy3929 We added a door to our master bath exactly like the one in this video. It’s stylish, very private, no problem with sounds or smells and we love that it allows additional light into the bathroom. Not only that, no swing door is taking up unnecessary wall space so we were able to incorporate a much needed shelving unit to house extra towels and decorative baskets that hides toilet paper and essentials.

This flip really works and was very cost effective. From refinishing the hardwood floors, to retaining the white cabinets in the kitchen, and by painting the interior the attractive creme color which made contrasting colors pop. I also love the 99c tile in the bathroom. A slight caveat is the barn door in the master which is somewhat incongruous. But overall, the entire renovation is not only tasteful but very desireable to a wide variety of buyers. Nice job!

Barn doors are dated. They were popular a few years ago but I think people realize that they don’t look good and don’t muffle sound as well as regular doors. Plus this barn is a rustic gray which doesn’t work well with your floors.
On the same note about dated ideas, those printed bathroom tiles scream “flip” bc they look cheap and are a pretty specific design. I think a simpler, solid colored tile is better.

Another option, maybe more expensive is a hidden pocket door.

I don't like barn doors. The very *last* place I'd put one is on a bathroom - especially a barn door with glass panels. In this case, one person sits on the toilet & can be seen by anyone in the bedroom. Ugh. Not at all what I'd want to see. The remainder of the flip looks great.

Thanks for the great content! Question, are you finding these homes off market or buying them on the MLS?

Great flip! I love the transparency. You guys got in and out quickly and did a beautiful job. I'm a Realtor and I also buy turn-key properties for short/mid-term rentals, however I plan on taking on my first flip early 2023. I'm a new subbie..Do you utilize hard /private money or cash flow everything? Looking forward to move videos.

    Is that sell with furnitures?

No, she just has the home staged so potential buyers can envision it with furniture. Common tactic by realtors to stage homes with rented furniture.

Maybe she would include it. I have the impression she's flexible and a wheeler dealer 😉 I believe she'd be willing to work something out, if the buyer requested. Maybe, because she seems very smart at doing business and that means working with people and being willing to accommodate. She offers quite a bit of fair ideas according to how she operates. I wouldn't be surprised if she was willing to work out a deal to include the furniture and it's a small price to pay for some of her sales. In fact, I bet she has sold at least one house including the staged set up. When I was searching anything would go, anything is negotiable as far as I'm concerned and if you have a motivated seller, it'll go for them too.

1.4 million dollars!? Not hating but that would go for about 325k in Texas. 1.4 million here will get you a huge nice house and maybe some land depending on the area

I Love it!!!! I have properties in Manhattan Beach and I might look into buying one of hers in the Bay, which I'll specifically ask for a barn door!! An it doesn't have to match because I like them and their unique and the look is quite beautiful 💗 Or I'll install it myself, how sinful I'm off trend!!!! 🤗🤪

I always love your home flip ideas! I actually like that barn door, but the general public is now saying they're out of date. Great project, thank you!

Out of date!?! 🙄 Who cares!! They look great serve it's function. You must be some billionaire to be replacing trends constantly!?! Not everyone cares about trends, in fact many of us are concerned with more realistic daily practicality. I scoffed at you're claim "general public considers them out of date", so now you speak for the general public!?! I hadn't even heard of them until more recently. I'm not much of a door person and find them to be a pain to install, so curtains or barn door are more appealing then regular ordinary doors everywhere. I don't even use my bathroom door and hate a house full of doors. This brings something contemporary, unique and it's beautiful. It looks great so who cares about trend. I love her attention to detail & adding something fun & unique, while looking sleek & modern.
