Looks really yum yum! Im the only one that likes cranberry jelly in my family, so i never get to do it because i would have too many jars in my pantry. So please enjoy for me! Great job!❤❤
Great video!! Thank you for sharing!! I like how you blended it up but still left the little texture!!! This is in my list to make for the holidays!!! Thanks
This looks awesome. I’ve done straight jalapeño jelly but this looks yummy. Will be trying your blueberry syrup also. I’m like you also, like canning in cooler weather. Thanks for two new ideas for my pantry.
The Pamona Pectin will set up with less sugar. I have some. Getting ready to try it. That is my reason for trying it. I love jellies and sweets but need to find ways to lower the sugar for health reasons. I just found your channel. I’m so glad. Love your topics. Can’t wait to learn more. ❤
I love Pepper Jelly----especially with cranberries ! I so love watching your videos and so happy that Shawn likes to pop in ! Hugs to you both and Happy Thanksgiving early !
Oh man! I saw that Azure has jalapeños on sale! I’ve processed all my jalapeños into cowboy candy, hot sauce and powder so I gotta get more! Thank you so much for this! I gotta do it! ❤🤗
You are my definite favorite idea and how to channel! I love your lively personality even if it is because you hit the caffeine hard! 😉 😂 I, too, might indulge in caffeine consumerism! 😊 Anyway, Merry Christmas and thanks to you and hubby for entertaining AND for teaching me!
This looks so good..love the colour of this to and u blended perfect..have to have texture for sure..thanku for sharing this but i would have to go down to 2 peppers lol..cant handle hot stuff lol..have a wonderful day ❤❤
Girl.I was 34 years old for.like 4 years! The best part was I was younger than that so I know whats thats like the Dr was the one that told me I was wrong. Love your content thank you
I'm so excited to make this for Thanksgiving as an appetizer. Also for gifts and to have on the shelf. ❤️❤️❤️I checked out your sight! I want the boys to get me one of your trugs. ❤️❤️ I ordered a few of the jar covers for myself and gifts.
Yummmmmy!!! I have made jalapeño jelly, but I’ve never made it with cranberries, but this looks really delicious!!! You make it look so easy:) I’m just impressed when anybody replies back to one of my comments I think it’s very thoughtful:)Tfs and have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends:) God bless:)
Thank you so much! It is so good and you should try it. I always think if someone takes the time to be kind and leave a comment I should comment back ❤️
Oh my!! I can't wait to make this!!! I usually make a cranberry salsa during the holidays (also has jalapenos, cream cheese, & has cilantro too). This is going to be YUMMY! Thanks for sharing!! Also.... I've never canned anything, & just a week ago made my first batch of apple butter (it freezes amazingly). I'm wondering, do you think I could use your ingredients, but make it like apple butter, & would it freeze, ya think? Either way, I'm gonna try this!!
How'd that turn out? The one and only time that I used 2 surejel packages and doubled the ingredients, it was Blackberry and it came out like a syrup. Is that what you were going for, a syrup consistency?
It thickened to a thin gel. It isn't jelly but it is thicken than syrup. I love it because you can pour it and it stays in form enough without running.
I made a batch of this it's absolutely delicious. However it doesn't seem to set like a jelly and is really loose. Is this normal? Should I re-cook and ad more pectin ? I'm not sure where it went wrong but I followed everything to a tee. I also wonder if it just needs more time to set up?
@LittleHillHomesteadGa Thank you. I think I'm going to leave it. It may set a little tighter in the pantry as it's cooler in there. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe. It truly is amazing.
I love you and Sean. I made this, Really good. Question: Can I use dried beans. I want to cook the beans as instructed on the package first and then can them. Is this a possibility?
@@LittleHillHomesteadGa Let me search LittleHillHomstead canning beans. After you boil them for an hour do you still do a water can bath? Shoprite is running a sale. 50 cents a lb bag.
Don’t want to sound bossy, but you mentioned a couple times in your videos about using Alexa. You can think of an unusual name to change it. Then you may not hear as many complaints! Lol You’re always very informative! Waiting patiently for your husband‘s scallop potatoes!!
Your video stopped with showing how you processed the jars . Do you put them in a water bath to seal the lids and for how long?? I make a habanero jelly that everyone loves but would love to make cranberry one too . I do give mine away at Christmas with the cream cheese and crackers 🥰🎁
Because of you I went and bought 20 lb of cranberries and now I want to make all the things
I went today to get more and they were out. Did you buy all the ones from my store. Just kidding! I have one more video to make your own craisins.
@LittleHillHomesteadGa i left some but I want to make peach hobanara cranberry jelly
@LittleHillHomesteadGa and I bought a steam juicer so wanted to do that
Yum, Keep back a quarter cup of sugar stir in your pectin then add your mixture back to your boiling jelly will help with lumps
Your cranberry jalapeño jelly sounds amazing.
This looks amazing!
Thank you so much for the recipe can’t wait to try
Wow, that looks incredible!
Looks really yum yum! Im the only one that likes cranberry jelly in my family, so i never get to do it because i would have too many jars in my pantry. So please enjoy for me! Great job!❤❤

Merry Christmas! We’re glad you’re enjoying the channel! Off to drink caffeine 😂🤣❤️
YUM! I've got frozen diced jalapenos and fresh, unusually spicy fresh Padilla peppers (hold their darker color better but are supposed to be milder)
This looks so good..love the colour of this to and u blended perfect..have to have texture for sure..thanku for sharing this but i would have to go down to 2 peppers lol..cant handle hot stuff lol..have a wonderful day ❤❤
I too would have to go for 2 or 3 peppers...
Even with 2 it will have a nice flavor without the heat. You will love it.
Girl.I was 34 years old for.like 4 years! The best part was I was younger than that so I know whats thats like the Dr was the one that told me I was wrong. Love your content thank you
Ha Ha! At one of my jobs they asked me how old I was on my 40th birthday. I told them 30 and I was in my 30’s for like three years. It was perfect 😂
Yay. Thank you.

I bet it could cook down like apple butter and it would freeze well. Let me know if you try it.
I just found your website and I LOVE IT!!
Welcome to the family! Glad you found me!
This looks great. I'm sharing this.
That looks so good! Gonna have to give it a try. Now I’m off to try making chocolate macaroons.😊
Yum!
Have you ever made cranberry apple jam? I enjoy pepper jams. I make candy jalapeños that my kids like. This jam sounds like what I would enjoy
I haven’t but I should!!
Looks so good. I have people in my family thats allergic to apples can you use regular vinager?
Yes, absolutely
Um the same amount?
Your video stopped without you processing the jars . How did you seal them?
Water bath can them for 10 minutes for half pint and 15 for full pints. Sorry about that.
How'd that turn out? The one and only time that I used 2 surejel packages and doubled the ingredients, it was Blackberry and it came out like a syrup. Is that what you were going for, a syrup consistency?

Guessing 1/2” headspace?
Yes.
You mentioned a hot chocolate mix. Can you share? Been looking for a good one.
Love your videos...thank you for all your hard work.
Coming soon!!’
I wish our grocery stores had them at that price!! 1.99 is the cheapest up here😢and that’s the store brand!
That's so crazy! Will they do any sales?
@ that is the sale price!😂😂😂😂 go figure🤷♀️
Do you have to water bath?
If you plan to store it a room temp for long term you do. If you plan to eat it quickly it can live in the fridge for about 2 months
Do's your cranberry jelly come out thick or thin ?
Middle of the road. Its thick enough to hold its form but not like a commercial jelly. It can still be poured.
Been doing a lot more canning and although I can’t eat the heat my family can!
It’s a good heat that I bet you could handle
I made a batch of this it's absolutely delicious. However it doesn't seem to set like a jelly and is really loose. Is this normal? Should I re-cook and ad more pectin ? I'm not sure where it went wrong but I followed everything to a tee. I also wonder if it just needs more time to set up?
I have had it set up hard like thick jelly some years and thinner jelly others. This year it is thinner but not watery.
I usually soak my beans for 24 hours. Boil for about an hour and can them. I lll have tonloop to see if I have a recipe on here. I can never remember.
@@LittleHillHomesteadGa Let me search LittleHillHomstead canning beans. After you boil them for an hour do you still do a water can bath? Shoprite is running a sale. 50 cents a lb bag.
No you don't have a water bath bean canning.
I have 20 bags of dry beans. Will they last a year in my panty? (after I soak and then boil)
Don’t want to sound bossy, but you mentioned a couple times in your videos about using Alexa. You can think of an unusual name to change it. Then you may not hear as many complaints! Lol You’re always very informative! Waiting patiently for your husband‘s scallop potatoes!!
He’s making them this week!!!! I had another name for get but I would have to change the rating on my video to PG 😂

I make a habanero jelly that everyone loves but would love to make cranberry one too . I do give mine away at Christmas with the cream cheese and crackers 🥰🎁
Looks good! How does it compare to Cowboy Candy?
Not nearly as spicy and no vinegar flavor. We ate it on turkey sandwiches today for lunch. Its sweet and a hint of spice.
Homemade bacon? Please share if you have the recipes.
I don’t have his recipe. If I can get it I will. Sadly his wife just passed away and he’s been very busy. It was amazing bacon though!
