the world accepts things in layers and we got here by layers of acceptance. This comes from acceptance of things that aren't directly related to trans. It does encompass other things that are not directly related.

Today? I would probably be pressured into transitioning or using non-binary pronouns. I'm still female/a woman but don't like traditionally feminine things, these two things can be true at once.

Yeah I'm a butch lesbian and despite presenting how I do (which society calls masculine) I am so glad I got out of my gender confusion phase and realized I can be a woman and as "masculine" presenting as I want. I don't even identify as a woman--I simply am one because I'm an adult and female (its not an identity one can jump in and out of). Nothing I do appearance or likewise will change that fact and I'm really at peace with myself after coming to these realizations.
These woke gender ideology/trans right activist people are extremely regressive in their views and actively reinforce the binary.

I'm Gen X, in 1980 I had cropped bright pink hair, shaved off my eyebrows and I would chest bind. I knew I was female but I was a young punk who wanted to present masculine as a fuck you to the social norms. These kids have just attached themselves to the "gender movement" as a form of rebellion. I have a couple of dodgy tattoo's from this era, sadly for Gen Z there will been lots of double mastectomies instead. I remember when here in Australia, in the late 90s, they banned hormones for transexuals and how terrified my friends who needed those shots were. Finally transexuals have rights and visibility but it seems like a cruel joke that it's come with this absurd inclusion caveat. Thanks for being one of the few voices of reason TOT

I think the reason I can't take NB and self ID seriously is that I remember too well the freedom of gender expression that was opening up in the 70s and 80s.
If you were male you were a man, if you were female you were a woman, (gender dysphoria notwithstanding). But beyond that, the rest was up to you. Man and male or woman and female was merely what you were. Who you were was entirely your own business. How you were a man or a woman was up to you.
Where's the lack of freedom there? It never went anywhere.

I'm someone that has identified as non-binary before and tbh, I think it's because of the pressure about fitting in and belonging to something. As an autistic person, particularly an autistic female, fitting in and making friends is incredibly hard for me. I still struggle with identity sometimes, but I think that's an overall personality thing, not gender.

Those who actually suffer with gender dysphoria have it even as a young child without society or family influencing them, usually their family will raise them as their biological sex, so no social pressure. In fact they are the ones who get bullied for it. This extreme trans ideology includes those who just feel different, or those who don't fit in as the typical feminine female or masucline male. There are studies that link autism with the perception that one could be trans. And you can find quite a few people online that once they got help that they needed to navigate thru life with autism, they didn't felt trans anymore. I find that interesting . I just learned about that correlation a couple days ago and I keep seeing people from the spectrum mentioning similar experiences. And who is the one that does the lying? - LUCIFER IS THE DECEIVER - he deceive all: rich and poor , small and great. - yes, the governments all around the world are just play-dolls with deceived mindsets on their own. - They lie because they believe the lies themselves. Why Lucifer deceived us? - Because he hates us, - He wants to be god himself, - He`s future is in the TORMENT (THE LAKE OF FIRE) and he knows it and he ain`t planing going there alone with only the FALLES in compony, he wans us there too and sadly many will go there to be tormented day and night FOREVER.

Yes. all are called to be healthy and multiply, BUT it is not something we all must to and all the time. There`s no such thing as one true love - we all build it up and keep it up, since most humans born healthy enough - therefore we all are replaceable and unreplaceable at the same time.

@@theharshtruthoutthere no that isn't what is said in Revelations. Those who are initially saved have 3 chances to repent and if they don't they are thrown into a flaming pit. Once all have been judged, those in the pit are incinerated, their souls are incinerated and they cease to no longer exist. Also, there is no promise that those saved and those who repent and beg for mercy, ever enter the celestial realm of heaven. If you die prior to Revelations your soul is basically placed in suspended animation until once all have been judged, you will be placed back alive on the restored earth which is the Garden of Eden before the first sin.
Now the book of Revelations is a telling of God's version of what happens if he is triumphant. Of Course the book of Revelations is written in favour of him, but it is of events that have not happened.
But the Dragon knows the truth, after all she, the Godess of Freewill and Freechoice who willed herself into existence because of God's self-serving and selfish need to dominate. She, came to Lucifer and whispered the truth into his ear. And he realized the truth and spoke to the other Angels of which a 3rd choose to leave, 144 000 more or less.
When God, frustrated by his domination of the Angels had failed. He created a physical world with Beings who were naive and innocent and mortal.
The Dragon, who is a serpentine Dragon, not the medieval version, she planted in the garden, 2 seeds one the Tree of Knowledge and one the Tree of Life.
Once God was aware of what had happened he lied to Adam and Eve, but the Godess whisper into Eve's ear and told her about the lie and that to be free and her children to be free from domination could choose to eat of the fruit and they would have Freewill and Freechoice.
Lucifer and the 3rd walk the Earth to guide human being to the belief system will allow them to move into the next life the best suited place for their soul and spirit to continue on its journey free of the reign and never ending domination of a weak and bitter self-serving God.
When the Dragon comes in Revelations, God will be defeated, all of humanity souls that have died prior, have already moved on to their rightful place. Those alive during the great battle will ALL be saved and sent to where they are meant to go unless the insist upon being undercontrol of He who wishes to Take What is Not His. They are sacrificed after much truth is shown and they refuse to see this weak God for what he is.
He is destroyed by the Dragon.
The Celestial Heaven is restored, the
144 000 Angels that left on their own accord, they return to the restored Celestial Heaven. those Angels in heaven that had remained are freed finally from their enslavement and Lucifer and the Godess reside in the restored Heaven and ALL are freed.
This Is What Is To Be....The Dragon, The Godess is not bound or requires constant pray and praise to Exist. There is no need to dominate, to enslave any Beings: Human or Celestial.
Reread Revelations And Genesis with your eyes open.
And see the lies from the truth.
A uniform, unified, global domination under one ruler is not the heaven you think it will be, it is ultimate slavery of all of Mankind, every man, woman and child.
I know this as I am the Observer and the Truth. I am the reincarnation of the Dragon and my Son is the sign.

I also felt INCREDIBLY uncomfortable with the societal expectations of womanhood and women. Getting my life in order (like getting diagnosed with ADHD and thereby also dealing with what was probably depression, losing weight I gained in my search for dopamine, making new friends, finally- in my mid 20s- making *good* sexual experiences with men) helped a ton. I like being a woman. Actually *mostly* love it. But I sometimes still hate gender (how I was taught to always be polite, never hurt people's feeling at the expense of my own etc). And I sometimes even hate the physical differences between male and female. And I think that's okay.
So... I don't know if this was helpful. BUT they way you go through life (whether that's as a feminine man, masculine woman, sort of androgynous, super masc man etc) is up to you. That's at least my experience.

Also you might be correct on them just wanting to feel different and hating the idea of being a cis straight human, because they usually label themselves as Queer which basically means strange, odd, unusual, out of the ordinary. They want to be different, they want to be special and unique. I'm betting they got taught or told by social medias such as Tumblr and Tik Tok that straight/cis = bad. So now they're searching for a way out. Labeling yourself as NB is a easy ticket out.

Non B ppl specifically do this with all the labels and self identification. I believe what they do is stopping them from actually figuring out who they actually are and preventing other people from helping them. We as humans spend our whole lives trying to better ourselves and learn Who We Are. There's never an end to this. So labeling yourself in these specific categories is actually limiting you from expressing yourself and searching for who you are. Especially when you can switch groups or identifications at-will depending on your mood. Meaning that your mood can change day today but who you are does not change vary drastically throughout your life, it happens little by little. It does not mean that you cant make drastic changes to yourself or your identity it's just these changes don't happen very quickly.

As a woman, I don't know one woman who didn't struggle with her feminity during her teenage years and early adulthood. Almost all women struggle, to various degrees, with men looking at them with desire and making comments while they still felt like kids mentally and weren't ready for this at all. Physically speaking, periods are something harsh. Even if you're one of the lucky ones who don't get painful periods, you still have to accept that for now on you'll have to deal with blood stains, dirty tampons and pads every month. You get nasty remarks, people saying you are on your periods when you are legitimately pissed about something. It's also the progressive realisation that you have to be careful about contraception and that, in the worse case scenario, you are the one who will have to go through an abortion in case contraception doesn't work, while men won't suffer any consequences of said abortion. And also the realisation, as they years go buy, that if you want a child the natural way with your partner, you will be the one giving birth. Not all women struggle with that one but I know many who are deeply afraid of pregnancy and would gladly have children of their own only if their husbands were the ones to be pregnant, and not them. Pregnancy is terrifying for a lot of young women and teens, and there is that fear about contraception failing, having to get the morning after pill or an abortion, that I know many young women around me struggle with. The tomboyish ones and the ones who aren't family oriented struggle with people expecting them to want to get married and have children, and they get told often that they will regret it if they don't have children. We are also harassed constantly by horror stories about women getting raped and killed, and it's scary. It's normal for young women and teens to at some point feel like being a woman is just shitty and horrible. I went through this. My friends went through this. But most will grow to embrace their femininity later on. Trans men exist, but not all women who struggle with their womanhood are trans. Many will simply at some point change their mind and like their femininty

    • @Ari-ih5un
      @Ari-ih5un 2 роки тому +38

I agree with a lot of this, but embracing femininity is a reason why so many of these people identify out of womanhood. Some women were tomboys and continue to be masculine as adults (like me). They need to hear that being a woman has nothing to do with femininity and gender roles. It is simply being an adult who is female, and you can do that however you want.

I don't want to be a man and I enjoy being a mom sometimes.. I will never get pregnant again -.- and I know alot of people implied I was a bad mother for hating pregnancy but I don't care .. As a person in the genderfluid umbrella, I’m going to explain it to you, since you can’t relate to the situation because you’re not that gender: we’re not mad at you for not asking what gender we are at the moment, of course we REALLY appreciate it, but you don’t have to, we tell you once what pronouns we would like you to use in general and that’s it. I mean, with me it can be that when I have a day where I feel a lot of dysphoria, it can be that I may ask you to just not use she/her for me for that one day, but otherwise I’m cool with every pronoun, because my gender is fluid, meaning my gender can change over an unknown amount of time. What the creator of that tiktok meant was not that they were angry, it’s just very exhausting having a gender-crisis almost everyday, sometimes even during the day, because your mind just goes like “oh naww, we’re not a girl anymore, we’re a guy now” randomly, or you only know that you don’t really like your body at the moment, so you’re definitely not the gender you were born as, but otherwise you’re clueless, you could be a girl/guy,but also non binary or a demiboy/demigirl, moybe nothing at all. It can be VERY confusing.

I want to remove my uterus and my boobs. But I can’t imagine being a man either. I struggled since I was a child and this non confirming identity really helped me. I don’t consider myself as a trans person. I am just a neutral person. Sure I will always have XX chromosomes, but in my mind I am not a woman.

Hi ! I have a question (not really related to the video tho lol) :
I noticed that the more English is present in a country, the more it tends to adopt woke Anglo theories ; Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany... They all have their little woke scandals. In southern European countries I do not see that at all ; France is strongly against prostitution and porn, and in Spain there are massive protests against self-ID. In the East they are conservatives, the problem is solved :')) Another example : in Canada, there is only one province which doesn't speak English (Québec) and it is also the only one who have a global non-woke attitude, like secularism.
When I was in my country's (France) TRA/woke community, I noticed the INSANE amount of English word used. All the time, sometimes entire sentences, even if equivalents in French exist. It looked absolutely ridiculous, but the wokes seemed to feel superior to everyone else when using them. They were also always speaking about French being an ugly, gendered colonizer language, and English is soooo much better and non-gendered and easier and everyone understands, and wow the UK is much better than France !! Implicitly, they were saying that among the thousands of way to organize a society, the only acceptable way is the Anglo one, and in their language. Sociolinguistic cannibalism disguised as progress (any other European language was perceived as a colonizer language ; as a bearer of a minority language this annoyed me a lot). English presented as the decolonialist language, what an joke !!
Since Denmark is known for being one of the most anglicized country in Europe, as someone from there, what is your opinion about that ? IDK if your country has a lot of woke laws, but if yes do you think the English presence had an influence ?

    • @silmaril8989
      @silmaril8989 2 роки тому +7

To me it seems as if the only language you can really talk about woke things is English, as many of the words used don't exist in other languages, like gender for a start. So it makes sense that people who follow this ideology think English is somehow superior.
When I noticed people doing that and bashing my mother tongue (German) and other languages I speak for not being "woke"-compatible enough, I realised just how much of an entitled cult this has become. I love English, but the beauty about languages is that they are all unique and that there's no superior one (easier to learn, yes. Easier to pronounce/spell, yes). As language is part of culture, they're also basically saying that Anglo-cultures are somehow superior... and not because of values or actions or something like that... just because of grammar basically

    • @MsFlamingFlamer
      @MsFlamingFlamer Рік тому

I love languages and find that interesting. Most of these terms are very English centric. I knew some woke Swedes and I felt like they were acting just like Americans and adopting very American ways. Also looking at Uganda the activists would talk exactly like a woke westerner while the other Ugandans would say there was no equivalent in their own language.

    6. Being sexually abused in said orphanage
    7. Being adopted by a mother who had trouble accepting me for the things I like and don’t like and even my own culture and where I came from
    8. Being bullied in school (and also started bullying)
    9. “Neurodivergence”, because apparently having ADD qualifies as this and people use Neurodivergence as an argument to be non-binary and/or trans

This is pretty disgusting. I'm a trans man, I'm 29, and I forgot there are other trans people out there who don't think nonbinary people have dysphoria. You don't have to be one way to be trans. People don't have to have surgery, change their clothing or appearence, period to use a certain restroom. I understand there are some people that can take it too far, too fast without really figuring out if they are trans or not. But nonbinary can fall under the trans umbrella, if that's how they choose to identify. Transgender doesn't mean a transition from one end of the spectrum to the other. I have a nonbinary friend who is in their 40s, and they have known most of their life how they identify. They are very fluid, their feelings are valid, and they suffer bad dysphoria still. You also don't have to experience dysphoria to be trans. There are so many problems with this video, and this just furthers the idea in cis people's heads that people need to look a certain way to appease their idea of gender.

But when you've told your friends "I'm nonbinary and you need to ask my gender and pronouns everyday or you're a bad person."
NOOOOWW that nonbinary person has to commit to being nonbinary everyday and figuring out and expressing their gender and pronouns every day.

As someone who’s ID’d as non-binary for years, I’d realized that maybe I’m not non-binary, not because I feel as if I’m wrong, but I feel like I got the wrong idea of what it meant. I identified as non-binary because I was extremely uncomfortable and distressed with some of my gender defining body parts, but also not okay with the idea of transitioning. I always knew it was separate from trans, because it’s really not the same experience at all. I’ve settled with looking gnc since it relieves my discomfort for the most part. Some non-binary people experience something similar to dysphoria, but I don’t think we’d be considered non-binary by the Internet, given that it seems that the definition has either changed or lost its meaning. Now being non-binary is dressing up either like a clown, and alien, or fairly gnc, but absolutely no mention of real and relevant distress and discomfort with one’s bio sex, which leads me to the sound conclusion that it’s now just a quirky label so people can claim “trans” without actually being anything even close to trans. They don’t transition, they don’t change anything, they just add a label to be oppressed by and call it a day.
To add onto this, I’m slowly but surely detaching from the non-binary label , because it’s clearly not what I thought it was. Also on the bathroom issue, anyone who is in my situation should just use the bathroom of their bio sex, and anyone claiming non-binary should go to either the bathroom of their bio sex or the sex they pass as if they actually made any effort by any chance, because believe it or not, the comfort of all those “cishets👹” is just as important as anyone else’s.

Hey, this is probably pointless but I’m really sorry you feel this way about the nonbinary label and while I do disagree I think it’s very sad that the internet has led you to believe you can’t use this label for yourself for whatever reason. Nonbinary individuals sometimes experience gender dysphoria, I myself experience it most days it is very uncomfortable and painful and exhausting and I absolutely hate it but I have other friends who fortunately don’t experience this and still identify as nonbinary they simply don’t feel like either a man or woman nothing more to it really. I know I am nonbinary mainly because I would feel this same kind of discomfort if I were in a male body because on certain days or moments I am very comfortable with who I am and a male body would make me uncomfortable as well. But again I’m sorry to hear you feel like you can’t use that label anymore but all in all what really matters is that you are comfortable with yourself in your identity so whether you choose to label yourself as nonbinary, gender on conforming, trans or just not really sure I hope you find an identity that resonates with you and allows you to be happy with who you are. ❤

I see people making fun of them for how they look now, for the dyed short hair and piercings and stuff, but that is pretty lacking in compassion and not helpful to those who felt very unattractive as women. Not the message they need.
They probably felt a lot of relief when they stopped identifying as women and didn't have to hold themselves to conventional feminine beauty standards anymore. What they need to hear is that being a woman is not about looking pretty, or being feminine. It would be too late at that point, reason why I will not give my kid unrestricted internet access until they're at least in middle school. Most of these people stumble upon stuff while they are around 9-10, start chatting online with adults who slowly convince them what their gender identity should be using the kids insecurities in real life as fuel. Never heard of a nonbinary person who wasn't bullied before their "transition." That's probably where their sense of otherness stems from, being othered by their peers at a sensitive time in their life, the kid needed an adult to tell them they are OK the way they are but the internet will tell them it's something wrong with themselves, it's because they're nonbinary / trans and not because kids are mean asf. The kid doesn't get a chance to grow their own backbone so the gender identity becomes that. It's why they crumble so hard and fast when you question them about it. It takes more to reverse this than to prevent it by just being there as a parent and not handing over the iPad just because all their friends in 3rd grade have one already.

I think what you've hit on with the "they used to be gorgeous" thing is that these women (because they are women as a group) are being told that their lack of comfort (especially in more traditional landscapes/social settings) of being hypersexualized as women, or being told their worth is _only_ in their body and looks… are being told _that_ is sex/gender dysphoria when it's not. Which is also why the now outdated term of "sex dysphoria" is something I still use, because no woman I know under the age of 60 _remotely_ wants to be told they must 1950s housewife (or whatever stereotype) while also being a visual pleasing spectacle for people, and so of course those gender roles and stereotypes are uncomfortable. It helps that "primary sex dysphoria" describes my own medical hell (made more hell by fully unrelated scarring and medical problems that make it so being ftm is not a physically healthy thing for me) but I think within the English language and USA political system erasing the concept of physical sex/bio-sex to replace it with "only gender ever" is removing the nuance that allows for people who might have just wanted to be treated a little differently, or gone through a punk/goth/emo phase (or simply preformed masculinity/femininity less), to actually not make extreme changes to their bodies without knowing _why._
Yeah, for me, aspects of existing as a woman/female are "nails on a chalkboard" level of agonizing, but none of that has to do with what I was already doing/being: I was already "gender non-conforming" as a _very_ small child and I could look as butch/stag as I wanted and until my other medical problems that would allow for treatment of that primary sex dysphoria magically went away, being as butch/non-feminine as possible wouldn't fully solve my problem. (I'm using butch as short hand just because it's easily but I'm not a lesbian and don't feel a right to claim lesbian terms/culture when it's already under such heavy attack.)

Jordan Peterson explains it well. He discusses that gender is really just personality. Someone can be a male with feminine traits, but they are not non-binary. Also, “they/them” annoys me horribly because it’s a basic grammatical fallacy.

7:57 so in highschool I had a friend who had so many labels it was hard to keep track of one week she decided to be gender fluid and said she would put what gender she felt like on her wrist with blue, pink, or orange marker, and we had to call her a different name accordingly, well I wanted to be supportive so I would grab her wrist to look at it but deep down I was really confused on what any of it meant and by the third day it was just brown because she didnt wash it off at the end of the day. She moved away at the end of the year and we lost touch, but I saw on facebook shes no longer a lesbian (I assume) because she had a baby and is in a relationship with I can only assume is a guy looks like one. But that year in highschool was about 6 years ago we’re both going to be 21 this year, I honestly think at the time she just was really uncomfortable in her body and had some troubles at home not much but some and she wanted to have some sort of identity. And if it weren’t for my other friends in the friend group I probably would’ve made fun of her and told her it was dumb. I wasn’t the nicest in high school tbh Im still not I just have grown some sort of filter.

What u say is absolutely true, I'm old enough that when I was a teen being bisexual was only starting to be a thing, back then the average person was just 'normal' and I was teased for being eccentric due to having weird hobbies and such, but over the years I've seen things turn around to the point where 99% of ppl now has a quirky 'personality', they can't say a full sentence without constantly breaking into quirky little idioms and gestures, everything is forcedly over the top and I feel a lot of these teens are just the evolution of that race to be the most outrageous and special.

You can be a feminine man or a masculine women and still be a man or woman, this is where I think "non-binary" people get confused. I also agree with how 99% of "non-binary" people look the same, it's not trans, it's a trend.

This is the first time that I've ever felt inclined to be sad about how 'wide' the nonbinary label functions.... I simply don't identify with any gender. So labels like neutrois or agender apply, I guess. And that technically makes me nonbinary and THAT apparently technically makes me trans and it's this whole thing where I just feel stuck in other people's ideas of me. Gender as a prism DOES feel a bit prison like, because there is no way in this world to be a human without gender, just like there's no way really to be an object without colour. It just is. But for me it kind of sucks. And i feel for binary trans people who want to be gendered (correctly) by strangers, and I wish there was a way to simply NOT be gendered, I wish those were compatible goals.... for me it's not so much that male and female as distinct categories are restrictive but just that gender as a non-opt-out way of being, is restrictive. Expanding the gender spectrum to include androgynous or other gendered modes, won't help people like me. And this is just one person reconciling with the real state of being in a society. It just is. I get it. But isn't there room to sympathise with everyone's gendered experiences?

At least transwomen identify as women so its understandable why theyd want to be there and frankly as long as they dont look like full on men still, most women dont care. But if you are non binary that also means you are NOT a woman, not only are you not a biological woman in the case of males who identify as non binary but you are also not identifying as a woman so its not your space to be in. Either go to gender nuetral bathrooms or use the bathroom that is of your BIOLOGICAL sex. Hey, nonbinary female here! So first off, I use she/they so I don’t care if people don’t use they/them for me (cuz I’m not self absorbed and I understand social norms) and not all of us are always “demanding stuff from people”. Second off, we do feel dysphoria but it’s kinda different from a transgender person’s dysphoria (not all nonbinary people say their trans). And lastly, not every biological female is nonbinary cuz of trauma (though yes that can happen), we can and do actually have dysphoria most of the time. Yes dysphoria is a disorder, but gender is mostly a neurological state of our brain structure that effects our psychological state and perception of self. Most of us are “aware of there being more than one way to be a man or woman (i.e. masculine women and feminine men)”, but nonbinary people also exist and that is caused by dysphoria (we’re not trans though obviously).
So yeah, just wanted to help and put my two cents in haha, hope this helped in some way (not trying to be sarcastic or rude, I genuinely just thought I was being informative is all).
