I love your channel! I picked up climbing a few years back to help fight my fear of heights and I ended up loving it. your sessions really help my work on my mental space as well on climbing days, help my relax, feel like I have a strong and powerful mind and focus on my session. I used this as my wake up routine; it was just the perfect thing to waken my whole body. The back dop of the temple Climbing gym is so perfect; hope to visit someday.

haha, ooops, I hope your smoke detector is still in place 😂 Good job on doing this after the ab focused video. I filmed this video very early in the morning after a training session when muscles were still sore, so was quite challenging as well 🙈

Are you now based in Spain? Are you thinking of going ahead with the el Chorro trip? Not clear if travel from UK to Spain will be allowed in April/may yet :/
Glad that those movements challenged you, Terezija! And yes, I am based in Spain at the moment :) In regards to the April retreat, the travel ban keeps being extended and people from the UK might not be allowed to travel by then, therefore we have cancelled this retreat unfortunately :( BUT! good news are.... that there will be two retreats in September: from the 17th to 22nd and then from the 24th till 30th of September, both in El Chorro, slightly different retreats with different (amazing!) co-teacher each time. I should have all the details finalised by tomorrow, and can't wait to share with others. Hope you can join us then!!
