Was definitely a fun watch for someone that's played a TON of this game. Glad you guys liked it! I definitely agree that there needs to be more to do in the 'end game' and more loot options. That said, as I've seen mentioned, overhaul mods are great, and some of them extend the gameplay a TON by adding more 'tiers' of loot and even crazier mobs. Darkness falls for example has demons, and you can delve into portals into hell with gigantic demons. :D lol
now you know never leave loot you want in a treasure chest if you can’t loot it all it’s probably better to drop it onto the floor or dump stuff in your inventory cause those loot bags suck and often glitch through the map just one of the issues the devs either can’t or won’t patch
love the vid, My only problem is keeping track when you switch perspectives between you and paul, maybe put a note when you change POVs. Either way will be coming for more.
been playing 7DTD since it first released on the 360; I splitscreened this game to death with my cousin. Your video reminded me of a lot of our shenanigans together back in the day when console was still being updated. Pro tip, zombies are told to seek the path of least resistance, so if you build underground that may end up with them digging down and through your roof or ignoring the trap areas to attack a triple layer wall. You used to be able to abuse this with fall damage and labyrintj designs, but devs patched those out. If Zs will take fall damage, they will dig; if they have to run more than X blocks, they go into their frenzy mode. Also, stealth and bows are super under appreciated. 5x sneak damage on iron arrows can be absurd, let alone AP steel crossbow bolts
very nice. small tip, still check the stats on level 6 weapons and tools, that level has a range that they can have so some of them can be better than others. a lot of fun, you earned my sub :P
being an avid enjoyer of this game i have to say this video was an absolute treat, MASSIVE props to both you and paul for everything you guys did, the thousands of gigs of footage you went through for this one video, i hope the journey was worth, thank you for this amazing video, its been on my feed alot so i was like why not and it did not disappoint. as a first time watcher of your channel im amazed

Great video guys, well done. I am completed addicted to this game and have over 9,500 hours played since 2019. There are practical bases you can make that aren't cheese and don't exploit zombie pathing. Smaller, more efficient bases that are well defended and easier to repair. You guys did a really great job for not being addicts to the game. You didn't have many deaths after your gear was mid-level.
Niceeeeee video!!! I found it odd that the boss just dissaparead on 20:42 because you can loot a lot of meat of it... and YES! I'm hoping they keep making mini-bosses...!!!
the stats on level 6 weapons can differ.... *edit* ....they can have more or less damage within a range.. only on looted or quest reward, the creation menu is usually the same stats.
while doing my job, I let the video play and enjoyed the frustrating moment of both of you fighting zombies. lol, don't realise I stay until the video ends. thanks, guys for the gameplay.
I heard the loot is worst if you break open loot. So sometimes it really is not worth it to break it open. Not if lock picks can get you better stuff later.
There is no point in waiting and def no point worrying about how you open the container. Loot spawns right as you open the container and the quality is based on perks, player level, and game stage or not at all how the chest is opened. Plus the game map is massive and any job will reset the entire poi loot containers included which means your never going to run out of high level loot containers
First rule for a horde base never put a door in front, zombies attack always there , make and upper entrance with a ladder 2 block from ground Try Darkness Fall mod are hard with demons and tons of content
First video of yours I’ve stumbled across and I’m a new sub. This was really fun to watch and you guys work great as a team. On day one you determined your roles and you stuck to it which is how you got so powerful so quickly. On a solo run you would have hit the wall of boredom with little to achieve around day 50 instead of day 30, but the end game definitely needs to be developed for longevity of the game. A whole tier beyond Lvl 6 machetes, auto shotguns, M60’s and steel. There really isn’t an end game, the current end game is mid-game
Thank you, we're happy to have you on the channel! I agree, this game shines when you have a friend to play with. I'm excited to see what changes they make before full release in 2077!
I never get many screamers from workshop heat because I only keep one set of workshops in any given location. Instead I have outposts dotted all over the map, with their own supply caches and workshops, so when I haul raws, I bring it to the nearest location, set it cooking there, and pick up any supplies needed for other outposts or base. Other workshops go cold by the time I get back and restart them.
Just saw your channel, great 7 Days video! You guys need to play the overhaul mod "Darkness Falls" for 7 Days! It's amazing and extremely difficult lol
I honestly enjoy the magazine system. Sure progress is a little slower, however, at least for my friend and I, it takes us longer to get bored of a world.
You guys are entertaining to watch, so that's a follow lol! However, don't sleep on the repeat loot and rewards, because that high level stuff can fetch some big time tokens, so that you can get whatever you want from the traders. Or, yiu can even smelt the tokens cor brass. Haha, loots can be really overkill nowadays though!
I watched all the way through, and that scream after the "or you fell asleep" had me in stitches 😂 good video, despite having never played this game i watched it all the way through. Its obvious that you guys are great friends, and are both pretty good at the game too. Looking forward to seeing more of this!
I can't believe you actually watched the whole thing thank you so much!!!! I left that in there for the chads that made it to the end and I'm glad it didn't disappoint lol
remember for agi, the SMG is a great lategame option. with a silencer and 3rd shot double damage it's the ideal weapon to kill small hordes relatively quietly alternatively the desert vulture is basically a better autoshotgun with it's bullet pierce, and headshot potential. auto trigger, compensator, extended mags.
Cool to see you guys run a 100 day playthrough. Definitely check out the overhaul mods if your looking for some more depth and challenge. Personally a darkness falls fanboy.
This was quite an enjoyable watch. I play this game with 2 hr days, so seeing the clock go up that fast just looks so strange to me! I could never do a 100 days with the way I play.
I have played 7DTD on ps4 and pc, both. ALOT. And i always did my hordes, by just being top of any building. And this is nice. I hope they wont add some.. damn zombie dragons?! Or something. Cuz in my opinion, people who like hordes and challenge, can build horde bases. And then people like me, can just go top of buildings and survive there.😸
Dang this was awesome to watch, the shenaniganz the survival was all great! Poor bases and hte grocery store served until the last moments, that last wave was truly a spectacle!
There's nothing wrong with a straightforward barricade horse base. Also, the electric fence posts got changed in A21, and it doesn't make sense, and messes up everyone ;) Can do a lot more with variable block shapes, not sure if you noticed the option ;)
Tips : pummel pete is the best melee in 7 days it knock off zombies can pop off zombie heads if you are lucky and stun effect sometimes can save your life
Infested quests happen at POIs that are 1 tier lower than the quest tier but with double the zombie spawns that the POI would normally have. That’s why you guys felt that that one tier 5 infestation place looked really small, its because it was a infested tier 4 POI. An easy way to tell in A21 the difficulty tier of your POI is to look at the red/orange skulls associated with the POI’s name. The more skulls a POI has, the harder it is and the better the loot table will be. The red skulls indicate quest tier difficulty and every POI will have anywhere from 0 - 5 of these, 0 skulls meaning its just a random building of no significance (will never get quests at these btw) and 5 meaning that its a tier 5 POI with tier 5 POI loot. The orange skulls indicate biome modifiers and every POI will have anywhere from 0 - 2 of these based on the biome the POI is based in. 0 skulls for POIs in the pine forest, half a skull for the burnt forest, 1 skull for the desert, 1.5 skulls for the snow, and 2 skulls for the wasteland. This means the easiest building you could loot would be a tier 0 POI in the Pine forest as this would be a POI with no skulls whatsoever and the hardest you could loot would be a tier 5 POI in the wasteland as this one would have a total of 7 skulls. Additionally, questing at a POI does improve your loot stage, so taking a quest at a place you want to loot is always better than just going and looting the place. Having it be an infested quest is even better, because not only do you get double the xp from the extra zombies you’d be killing, but you also get the unique infested cache that spawns in the loot room that only spawns when you’re running an infested quest
Agility and intelect. You are going the exact same path i went the first time I played the game with my friends. I lovr agility in 90% of games for reasons
@@biscuitsticks3274 my friends were baffled by my parkour ability... Also during blood moons when they hid on the roofs of random houses I was running around with my knife coffee and some bandages
me and my friends played this game last month, immediately my stoopid friend request Insane difficulty, and I chose 4 days for bloodmoon. so far so good, we are now at day 81 in an insane 4 days bloodmoon as our first gameplay. we died a lot at first, but after day 40 or so, game becomes a lot easier for us after we keep clearing quests here and there. currently tier 6 in missions on wastelands.
10 minutes in and you discover that multiplayer games are more fun when you play together. This gon be a good video I can tell edit: yep, it was good, entertaining pretty much all the way through, cheers
The thing you said at the end of the video was true on both ends first time I watched your video I fell asleep but after waking up rewound back before I fell asleep and continued till the end where he said the line laughed when I heard that I do actually liked your video and watched it all the way through if I ain’t invested in the content I change the video especially if it’s over an hour long good job on the work my guy great video.
I am late to this vid, but if y'all watch neebs gaming they will make all the mistakes you can think of, plus a few extra, so you dont have to. Great channel, and great guys. Just found this channel and loving it.
The high tier quests all have wall buttons that are broken. You need to rip them down or break them and the generators to force the rest of the zombies to spawn. It's a real kick in the nuts to do a tier 6 and get fucked by a broken game mechanic.
i was surviving 100 and something days alone but deleted the save because the base was getting terribly organised, i had made it on the barn across the street from bob's boars, but you guys gave me some ideas for a new one and better insight on a few things...thanks!
Good content man. I have played seven days for just over a year now and I always like to try little challenges and things to spice it up. It’s good to see how others approach it too. Not sure why I have never thought about getting to the top of a POI and ride it out. Genius.
I installed it when it was version 6 and tried it a little to version 7, I re-installed 4 days ago and now have almost 52 hours played from I think 5. It's gotten way better than it's first days, still has a long way to go though, but it's definately gone somewhere fun.
Great Video :D haha always interesting and a good time seeing Newbs getting in on the action. Should have left it on the higher difficulty. Guarantee you would have not been bored half the time. Set zombies at 64 per person :3 but then again having played on max difficulty and max zombies per person with like 5 other players is definitely no joke. I never do the trader quests. I play pure vanilla. So it was great to see if those quests were worth. I never had the issue for feeling disappointed in getting loot if i found something better at least not till late game. But i guess thats what happens if you go through the trader. Only advice id say is dont keep doors on the bottom floor of your horde base. XD no point. especially if you have parkour. THink it would have been more immersive if you used nades, molotoves etc :D especially in higher difficulty. Just about all those defenses would have only gone so far. After that its pure skill and non stop chaos
11:50 "wrench to make our workbench" - pretty sure A21 removed the requirement for hammer and wrench from the recipe to the workbench. unless you meant you wanted a wrench to salvage mechanical parts from stuff around so that you can gather the required ingredients needed for workbench.
in A21 the recipe changed from needing a claw hammer and wrench to needing 25 forged iron and 100 nails, for this reason it makes more sense to craft a Forge to get the ingredients for Workbench faster. 20 mechanical parts can be a bit hard to obtain without a wrench
There is a very good reason why many people end up going with AI cheese bases. The zombies are dumber than they were when the AI got updated, but they are far from being what we'd typically think of as a mindless zombie. Also, while the Desert Vulture technically hits harder, the MP5 is far superior due to its own insane damage level as well as its magazine size and fire rate. I like the Desert Vulture for my headshots-only always-walk playthroughs, but typically I stick to the MP5. Edit: Nope. Since they changed the recipe for gasoline from shale, you can absolutely run out of gas. You used to get something like 100 gas from like 12 shale. Now It's a 2:1 ratio. For every 1 shale, you get 2 gas. 2 gas lasts for like 100 meters or 2 seconds in the generator. Shale must be mined in high quantities just like everything else. Actually the two items that need to be mined the least are lumber and clay. Clay lasts forever unless you're using stupid amounts of cobblestones, and lumber only gets used in large quantities when crafting in wood blocks. Otherwise, those stacks last an insanely long time. Edit: The second I heard "I'm going for my bike" I knew what was coming. The boss vultures stepped in. Definitely one of my less favorite changes The Fun Pimps made to the game. No running from the horde in your vehicles. Die 5 times already? Too bad, die some more.
There was a bug in a lower tier mission regarding the button not functioning - similar to the one in 1:10:33 . And the bug was fixed by "dismantling" the button with a wrench (and similars). Maybe it could work on this too.
Glad you finished day 100 in style, 7D2D is such a fun game but vanilla has it's limits with ony 1 update a year end game becomes boring very quickly, it would be great to see you guys play modded D72D like Darkness Falls, it adds so much more to the game and would be a good continuation from here when your ready to play again.
Yeah, trying to run from the blood moon hordes on a bike or any vehicle will summon groups of feral vultures to rip you apart. The devs don't want you to avoid the hordes.

@@biscuitsticks3274 my friends were baffled by my parkour ability... Also during blood moons when they hid on the roofs of random houses I was running around with my knife coffee and some bandages
“Yeah that killed both of us!” Hahaha funniest moment! 52 mins in I think
me and my friends played this game last month, immediately my stoopid friend request Insane difficulty, and I chose 4 days for bloodmoon. so far so good, we are now at day 81 in an insane 4 days bloodmoon as our first gameplay. we died a lot at first, but after day 40 or so, game becomes a lot easier for us after we keep clearing quests here and there. currently tier 6 in missions on wastelands.
10 minutes in and you discover that multiplayer games are more fun when you play together.
This gon be a good video I can tell
edit: yep, it was good, entertaining pretty much all the way through, cheers
I'm really glad you enjoyed gamer! Thanks for watching.
52:45 random explosion? Dude you shot the gas barrel... 😂
Your pfp is my reaction to that information.
@biscuitsticks3274 lmao
I've been playing since 2013, I can't say enough good things about 7DTD. A must for multiplayer mayhem.
12:26 this is why I always press R and short loot later
When first saw the drone that it was gonna be buggy or trash but it seems pretty good
Drone is one of my favorite additions ever I think.
You really need to put a bellows in that forge. It doubles smelting speed.
Didn’t know about this game at all, I picked it up 2 weeks ago and man it’s soooooo much fun!
Just started playing this game and I’m hooked! This video has helped me tempt more friends into playing!
Hell yeah! This game is best with friends. Enjoy!
Thanks so much I appreciate it
I am late to this vid, but if y'all watch neebs gaming they will make all the mistakes you can think of, plus a few extra, so you dont have to.
I agree considering they take so long to clear...
i was surviving 100 and something days alone but deleted the save because the base was getting terribly organised, i had made it on the barn across the street from bob's boars, but you guys gave me some ideas for a new one and better insight on a few things...thanks!
Have fun gamer!
I didnt fall asleep, and it was entertaining from start to finish. I appreciate it guys. Quality content.
Glad you enjoyed it! I'm happy you made it all the way to the end holy shit
Good content man. I have played seven days for just over a year now and I always like to try little challenges and things to spice it up. It’s good to see how others approach it too. Not sure why I have never thought about getting to the top of a POI and ride it out. Genius.
Great vid but I don’t see anyone talking about the thumbnail such a little thing but I love it
Please please please do more 7 days video. Your videos scratch such a specific itch in my brain
"a random explotion goes oof then take paul life "
him: shot the barrel
Let's not talk about the introduction at 1:38 ...
It's just perfect, fits the music, fits your voice and most important, aesthetically pleasing
Thank you so much, I really love that motion graphic and I'm glad some people do as well.
for that last mission there are 2 buttons you have to destroy one near the generator and the other by the fire shooting pipe
I dont know why but somehow i can't belive you got guns at after 4th day
I might think you are speed running
I'm so used to Darkness Falls, the base game feels like a feather pillow.
Screaming at my phone watching quest reward screen “ TAKE THE BEAKER!!!!” Hahahahaha
The reason you guys got such harder zombies is you guys running hordes every 5 days you get more xp from it
I installed it when it was version 6 and tried it a little to version 7, I re-installed 4 days ago and now have almost 52 hours played from I think 5.
It's gotten way better than it's first days, still has a long way to go though, but it's definately gone somewhere fun.
A bike is faster than running. Wow this video is full of interesting facts.
They definitely need to add some sort of bosses at the end of the mission 😅😅
Agreed!
46:55 Just straight to a wall baby! 🦅🦅🦅
It is best if you can highlight whether it is your POV or your friends POV, will be easier
Thanks so much for watching! We're glad you enjoyed.
Dude, why you yelling at me when I'm trying to sleep? lol.. Awesome video.
They realy need to work on the console version
11:50 "wrench to make our workbench" - pretty sure A21 removed the requirement for hammer and wrench from the recipe to the workbench. unless you meant you wanted a wrench to salvage mechanical parts from stuff around so that you can gather the required ingredients needed for workbench.
in A21 the recipe changed from needing a claw hammer and wrench to needing 25 forged iron and 100 nails, for this reason it makes more sense to craft a Forge to get the ingredients for Workbench faster. 20 mechanical parts can be a bit hard to obtain without a wrench
We probably didn't check and were convinced we needed it at the time. Thanks though!
a Very lovely Video about 7 Days to die, you did great Job. If you think it was to easy, next time try insane difficult :)
I'm good 😬 Thank you for your kind words, we're glad you liked the video ❤
52:44 *shoots barrel* GASP WHAT HAPPENED lololol
Very entertaining video, thank you for the good content. :)
We're happy you liked the video! Thank you as well
Almost zombie IQ level playthrough 👏 Good watch though!
Well at least you're honest lol
Yes definitely watched until the end of the video! I loved it so I Subbed❤❤❤❤
Yay! Thank you!
How lucky you guys where when everything falls down I normally lost everything
There was a bug in a lower tier mission regarding the button not functioning - similar to the one in 1:10:33 . And the bug was fixed by "dismantling" the button with a wrench (and similars). Maybe it could work on this too.
I hope it's fixed. Doing a long mission like that to just not get the mission rewards was pretty wack lol
"we barely survived" -> dies in the first 5 minutes of the video
What is the point in this ... we survived XY when you die without end?
There is an end. Day 100
Glad you finished day 100 in style, 7D2D is such a fun game but vanilla has it's limits with ony 1 update a year end game becomes boring very quickly, it would be great to see you guys play modded D72D like Darkness Falls, it adds so much more to the game and would be a good continuation from here when your ready to play again.
Everyone really loves that mod it seems! We'll have to check it out.
ive been playing an old version and saw this and im now downloading it
Didn't fall asleep. Just finished your darkness falls video as well. Awesome content
Damn! Thanks so much gamer!
It hurt to see you pass on a level 6 turret seeing as you'd maxed int.
