    The information in this video is very helpful. I especially like the tip for checking two bulbs at the back of the branches.

    Excellent demonstration of Light Keeper Pro when strings are attached to tree. Technique to test by branch is easiest approach I’ve seen to tackle this challenge.

    This video was so very helpful. A great number of bulbs had gone out on our pre-lit tree. We bought the Lightkeeper Pro after doing a google search on the issue and watching this video. The video really helped guide us on the steps to take to solve the issue using our new tool. Took us 200 bulbs later but the tree is shining bright again. Highly recommend the video and the tool! Thanks and Merry Christmas!

    Most helpful video I’ve ever seen. I purchased the Light Keeper Pro, followed Dean on the video, and my holiday tree has come back to life! One faulty shunt was found, and 25 bulbs were replaced. This is a great video! Thanks, Dean.

    Thanks for the video. I have multiple sections and parts of sections out on a prelit tree. When I move some branches parts of a couple sections will flash on then go out again. I got the tool but haven’t had any luck figuring anything out with it. This is a GE prelit with C6 clear faceted bulbs. Thank you.

    Thank you for this video! I was able to save my mini prelit tree. I have a lightkeeper pro, but didn't know how to use it for the problem I was having. Your video was super helpful.

    Your video was very helpful. You explained how to troubleshoot well. I didn't think the trigger on that device worked. Could never get it to do anything until I watched this video. It's a lot more simple to do now. Thanks.

    My tree has these larger, different looking bulbs near the center - what are they and where do I get replacements for those?

  • @brendak3862

    Our pre-lit tree has one non replaceable bulb in each section of lights, we have one section of the tree that will not light, we have checked all the other bulbs with a voltage detector and they all work as they should. However, we did find one white base bulb in the unlit section that is non-replaceable the power is coming up to it but not leaving it, if that makes sense. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    I have a tree that all of a sudden has a small section where the bulbs are glowing a much brighter white then the rest of the lights and they are HOT. What could be wrong and how do I fix this? I'm afraid to turn on my tree lights now.

      one of your bulbs in that section might be burned out which is making the other ones get more enery

  • @nrey4255

    So what do you do after you did all these method...tree was lite for 2 whole day and then a whole section went out and all the bulbs are black? Does that mean that my tree lights are completely done and a fire hazard at this point? It smell like smoke after that happened 😒

    • @EnglishGardensMichigan
      @EnglishGardensMichigan  Рік тому

      This is safety feature. Once a certain number go out, they will all go out to prevent a fire. The best option here is to replace all the burned out bulbs, which is usually 50 or so to a strand. If you need more information we would be happy to discuss this more. You can reach out at info@EnglishGardens.com.

    What if a whole section is not working???

    • @EnglishGardensMichigan
      @EnglishGardensMichigan  Рік тому

      This is a safety feature. When a high percentage of the lights are not working, the entire section will go out to prevent a fire. You will most likely need to replace all of the bulbs in this section. Or use a light keeper to test each bulb until you find the ones that are out and replace those individually. If you need more help with this issue please email us at info@EnglishGardens.com.
