Hi Neha I'm LOVING these video. I have a problem though. My wrists are very very senses and weak and now I'm having wrist pain from some of the moves. What should I do?

can we do this routine daily or take a break in between?
You can do this everyday 😊🙏
My thighs aching alot can I continue or should I take a day gap? Please anyone suggest me. And also will weight get reduce by doing these all?
It will help you to reduce weight with time. If you feel body pain then don’t take break do it for few days. Your body will adapt it
Should I practise yoga 6 times only or I can do yoga 7 times a week ?
You can do 7 times a week also if you wish to 🙏😊
