Here's what I want to know. What is S. Cerevisiae in Vitamin Code? I know it's a type of yeast but how does this yeast carry the organic compounds? Are you sure that S. Cerevisiae isn't synthetic also?

I change my vitamins time to time and right now I'm taking Maca. I'm thinking to try Opti men again as I recall it did give me good energy throughout the day. Vitamin code is a more natural made set of vitamins versus optimen.

Probably not a good idea to have zinc in a multivitamin.
Zinc blocks absorption of iron and amino acids.
Zinc and magnesium should really be taken at night no earlier than an hour after your last meal.
Calcium and magnesium also have no place in a multivitamin but it looks like they didn't put enough in there to interfere with the uptake of zinc, iron, and manganese.
Wish they were descriptive if their vitamin K is both K1 and K2.
Since they didn't disclose it, one would have to assume it's just 1.
Hard to find anything better honestly. Wish they removed the 100% zinc. It would be near perfect.
