I'm not convinced vitamin science actually knows as much as they'd like us to think. They always tell us to get a varied diet and then they'll tell us we shouldn't take certian vitamins and minerals at the same time because it's unhealthy/inaffective. I call BS. They're called supplements for a reason anyways. The main thing that concerns me is how theyre making the stuff. Kinda hard to get away from synthetics in 2023... and when they say it's natural, how many of them ate straight up lying like they do about pretty much everything these days
He is correct to say that magnesium will interfere with calcium but that is only if they are combined. Take your mag and calc 2 hours apart. Magnesium is a phenomenal supplement and it helps regulate your calcium intake as well as other benefits to your body!
Basically “Don’t buy those affordable store vitamins, because they won’t work unless it’s my brand or another hyped up sponsored brand” guys just follow your healthy eating plans, take multivitamins w/ or without fish oil and train/recover. And accept that you’ll accomplish goals overtime.

This makes so much sense, they do interfere with each other so I always wondered how they can be in 1 pill. I’d say the most important are vitamin D3 + k and vitamin b complex . Then eat a balanced diet to get the rest . ultimately getting your levels tested wild be best then u can supplement the ones you lack .

Bro, u have to prioritise which vitamin do u need for your body. Go do some home work on which vitamin you need to have in case you are not able to complete it with your diet. Don't go for cheap pharmaceutical multi vitamins go for proper bodybuilding multivitamins for men. Calcium is not needed in general if you are not deficit to it. So, now zinc and magnesium u can have in ur multi. Check for EVL Vita Mode , it has everything you need in multi along with Bioperine. Always surf and collect information regarding anything if you wanna comment on and if you wanna criticise some knowledgeable person better get your homework done.

Because you're supposed to take this with a food and the food you're eating probably has calcium in it especially since most people take multivitamins first thing in the morning.

That's why if you take calcium, you need to take Vitamin K2 along with it. K2 eases and absorbs calcium in the system instead of it just circulating around the body, getting into trouble and depositing itself (calcium) where it shouldn't be.

Since many vitamins and minerals conflict/impede each other, in what way can we get around that? I've stopped taking Centrum because most of it's ingredients are harmful and the vitamins are under dosed.
They say they do not work optimally. Which does not mean it does not work, your body just absorbs less, or absorbs it in a longer time. It's still better to take them than not to take any at all - that's my take in this.
And yet JYM's multivitamin contains Folic Acid for their Folate source and Cyanocobalamin as the B12 source. The two cheapest, least effective and bordering on poisonous sources.

There is no substantiated research showing zinc to inhibit amino acid uptake. There's one random study done on rats but even that only concluded zinc may interact with certain amino acids.
So overall. This only brand isn't too bad. Only one it has that you said shouldn't be in there is zinc. But it has the b vitamins and iodine. I haven't been able to find any vitamin K or copper supplement around here. So I just get it from food (which is better anyway)

In addition, hypertension .while high b12 levels are eventually balanced and discharged with urine and is reasonably harmless yet elevated b12 levels can cause a variety of annoying skin issues (rash,acne,itching) . just listen to your body give it what it needs and take care of it and it will take care of you

Yes, you can take natural herbal multivitamins i.e wheatgrass powder, Nourish Maxx, etc. They are very good and effective as I am also using these

The versions you get from food are more complex and more bio-available. The versions in multivitamins are from a chemical manufacturing facility.

Sir for how long can we take multivitamins. Can we eat it regularly or just take a month's break.
I would like to hear his input on this too, but personally I've never cycled off of multivitamins i just take regularly
