I took your advice Frederick, listened intently and waited until the end to comment. I’ve struggled with back issues for nearly 10 years now, after a prolapsed disc playing football ended my playing days. What is strange is that golf doesn’t aggravate my back, unless I’m consistently overswinging, which is actually a good thing. And also it gets me out and exercising as I very rarely use a cart. My question is, as someone that has an extra lumbar vertebrae (i have an L6) am I fighting a losing battle on eliminating problems and should i just focus on management? Trainfuly sounds like it could be life changing for me
Fore to Four Golf I believe that it can change your life because it will get your muscles in balance. Playing golf was also good for in marking my pain better because I used my muscles in a better way vs sitting. However, it wasn’t until I did this program that my day to day pain went away. I will forward your question to Thomas and get back to you.
Hi David, Thomas here. Your focus should be directed towards increasing your capacity. When our tissues run out of capacity we cross a biological tipping point and that's when we experience pain. How do we increase our capacity? By improving our posture. Poor posture forces us to compensate, and compensating uses up our capacity. If you would like to learn more we can arrange a quick chat on the phone. Also, feel free to email me: thomasjmalchow@gmail.com
Black Birdie Golf it is. Remember that you can either start the program now for $40 total, with the discount code or wait to see if you win the free membership. 🤷♂️ Simple and effective.
I love this as I can attest to the help Thomas has given you.Thomas and Dr. Tai have given your life back to you in many ways with the relief of pain. Can't wait to see the next one!
Interesting video, opened my eyes to a field I had not previously thought about. I like the way that Thomas listened to you and didn't interrupt. That reinforced his message.
I do agree with this 11:10 for some reason after two good workout sessions the day after, I feel like it's so much easier to swing the club, I don't exactly know why, but everything feels easier as far as my muscles been ready if that makes any sense, good stuff
Thanks Erich. When your muscles are in balance and firing correctly, the swing is much easier, because your muscles are not working against each other.
Cool video Fred!! I thought is was funny watching you do the squat cause you could see that you waggled. But I understand it came from the back pain which you told about. I have dealt with back pain off and on for over the last 15 years or so.
Zax Drums sorry to hear you suffer from back pain too. The waffle was a result of hip and lower leg disfunction. It’s amazing how a muscle that goes from your foot 🦶🏾 to your calf can end up causing back pain. Next week we cover gaining speed.
@@agolferswalk My back pain had a lot to do with my weight. And that I used to carry a weapons belt for my job and when I drove around the handcuffs were right in my lowere bak area. Since I have lost weight and I no longer carry a weapon at work my back pain is very seldom. But I know that a pinced nerve can cause numbness in the legs so I can imagine that muscle on the leg/ calf could cause back pain.
