Sounds like an exciting project. The extra room will be so nice. I hope you consider putting a bathroom in the addition. You would like it, any visitors would appreciate it, and when you finally do sell the place it will be easier to sell and would add at least $50,000 to selling price. Just do everything on one Channel. I do watch both but I like the Dogman Channel name best. It is a Great idea to add on to the A Frame. If I were you I would make a room or two for the Dogs.

Please make sure you have ample space and wide doorways in case you ever need them. Never know where life will take you. Is your bathroom ADA accessible ? Even walkers can be hard to get in some places. Never say Never
