Just because the plot is the same doesn't mean there wasn't any adverse affects to it e.g. the lack of enemies in that area or the fact the door doesn't open. THOSE, are changes. Catch up, pal. @@jasonlobo2350 But you really can't sequence break it in this case, because you still need a cheat to go through the first door once you're out of the RCPD (since the zombies are not there so they don't bust the door).
What's interesting, however, is to know that the whole area gets populated via script once a trigger gets activated, and that the trigger (unlike the Tyrant) isn't the opening of the RCPD gate
