Hey Ry loving the videos made me infinitely better at the game heard of you watching the Yogs jingle jam this year. Any chance you could make a video about how to effectively deal with barbarians in the early game on different policy trees as Duncan is getting steamrolled by them in the current game and I often have problems myself. Cheers and once again love the vids❤.
Yeah this is something that’s hard to learn initially but once you understand fundamentally, you shouldn’t have as many problems. I’ll try to find a way to make this vid
I like the A/B testing format, seems like it might be especially good to showcase scenarios where you have a close decision between 2 initial policy trees
Ry leaking the super secret coastal strats 😢 One thing I will say about granary first is it can be RNG if your first 2 rings are particularly flat cause you need gold to buy the hills necessary to build settlers in a reasonable timeframe compared to 3 pop settlers
