200k in San Antonio gets you a low grade home for a sucky builder, that’s the truth.
Interest rate is @ 6%, another truth. And so expect an HOA average of 150 each quarter

Thank you for watching! This community is in northern San Antonio and the nearest shopping area would be about 10 minutes away in the TPC shopping center. Airport is about 15-20 minutes away from the community. 😊

One thing this house lack's is a fireplace!! Goodness. It's similar to the other one that was shown.. goodness.
Considering the price range, you get a lot of features with these homes. They won’t have everything you could wish for though.
Can someone explain to me why homes in Taxes seem to put bath tubs in the guest bathrooms but never in the master bathroom? This doesn't make any sense to me.

Is possible someone explain to us the whole package needed in general for a 200 house like this? What's going on in Texas? For example here in Greece such a house would cost maybe 350 if not more..
yes, jobs dont pay much here. you can bring you career, but you will take a pay cut. If not you will lose your job eventually and you will need to get hired, so they will offer you far less than you are use too.
