One major turnoff for me is the counter-top electric stove. Gas is less expensive.
I agree. I've personally never had a electric cooktop. It's always been gas. This neighborhood being a little more remote was probably the cause of that. I do wonder if they would allow you to add a propane tank to the house if you built. That is what I have.
Last home.....LOVE! I'd find a gas fireplace to be more functional than electric. Like during a power outage.
Double master suites is whatever every couple should have if they want their marriage to last longer. 😂

Thank you. I will definitely reach out when I’m ready to buy. The San Antonio area is one of the markets I’m interested in. I own 10 acres in San Marcos. My plan was to build a house there and then buy investment properties in around the San Antonio area for mid to long-term rentals to supplement my retirement income. However, my recent divorce just cut me in half financially so I have to work a couple more years.
