Nice home and video. I’m in Utah and relocating to Austin or San Antonio area has been a consideration. On the UA-cam tile it shows 3.5% with $20k credit. What do you mean by that? I was hoping you would discuss this in your video.
The builders at the time of the video are offering 3.5% interest rates which smashes the market rate of 7.25%! This means HUGE savings and MUCH lower payments

This home is in Austin / San Antonio. Both of which are about a 5-6 hour drive from the border. 👍🏼 very safe areas
