Love this workout. Sean definitely gives me energy for the rest of the day and doing your workouts. Really enjoyed doing the longer version today. More like this would be great. every now and again I get a back twinge and I find myself doing your workouts and one session puts me back to normal. personally I’m trying to be more vigilant now and following new workouts every day.. keep up the great work you’re doing, and thanks for inspiring me to keep going and keeping flexible. My favorite was the one arm down scorpion pose. I have to work on that pose to be able to maintain the duration that you kept it for.

Hello, love your videos. Doing power yoga compared to like weight lifting machines and weights are we getting the same results/ In a way I thing yoga is better. I'm 71 still skiing at a high level. Do we need to bench press x amount of weight? Yoga is working everything together. Just wanted you thoughts.

Hey Sean, Been following you for a year now. I alternate between this routine and one of your power yoga routines with about 5-10 mins weight training warm up. These are great for mind body and spirit. I have a question, I am 6 feet tall and my body fluctuate between 147-152 IBS but never any higher. I am down to 12% body fat. However, I cant seem to gain any weight in muscle. My muscle definitely look and feel better but my weight remains the same. Do you have suggestions on how I can get my muscle weight up?

For what it's worth I've read the marvel superheroes workout plans and they ALL include yoga. Even the hulk.
I missed Vigue Yoga more than I thought. Returning to it was supposed to be temporary, during a weight lifting volume reduction. However, for fun and efficiency, Vigue Yoga will be integrated into my next weight lifting bloc.

I think he does that when it's super windy
