Hey Sean, just wanted to take a moment to thank you for existing! I'm a 27yo guy from Sydney and got into your videos about 2 months ago and have been doing them most days since then. Your positivity, manner and knowledge are excellent and have single handedly gotten me and a few friends into regularly doing yoga! I know this might be a contentious topic but I love tripping on acid and every time I do, I find myself wanting to do some yoga with Coach Vigue! Getting in touch with one's body, feeling a goooood stretch and laughing at all the funny things you say is just too good! Thank you for another great routine coach V! I was cracking up when you said “Smoke on this pose!” 😂 I stopped smoking Maryjane 3 months ago due me using it as a crutch to manage my stress daily. I’ve started doing more yoga to handle my stress and I feel better physically and mentally. I felt like I was meant to hear that comment considering you’ve never said it before. Love this!! I have taught PE for 22 years and my students don’t understand how I’m so strong and flexible! 🤣 When I was younger I completed 10 marathons, 2 half Ironmans, several smaller triathlons and half marathons. Now my husband and I have 4 kids who play a lot of sports so training looks different for me but I am still in great shape! Thank you for your fun videos that inspire me to keep improving! Praise God!
Made it through decently. I "train" with you so that I won't be a feeble old woman. I want to be strong, spry, and flexible with as little joint pain as possible. Enjoyed you!

Training for a sprint triathlon. Had a 360 spinal fusion a year and a half ago for a fractured L5 obviously unstable. Trained like that most of my life (unknowingly) Feels good to be training injury free and with your workout I’ll hopefully stay that way!
coming out of 12 years playing baseball, i now do these flows to keep me flexible and active. however, your power yoga routines helped tremendously while i was playing!

You Betcha! Loved hearing you speak Wisconsineese. Lots of adjustments doing the half moon-squat-halfmoon. Also really like the down dog squat. You bring it with the power yoga, every time!

just what i needed!! (super mario voice lol) Been feeling sore and stiff from hardcore workouts, but the older I get, the more i realize the importance of recovery and flexibility workouts. The two need 2 go hand in hand
Even though this looks a bit advanced for someone who has not done yoga before, this also looks exactly like what I’ve wanted to add to my workouts on days not in the gym!
I'm building muscle back and flexibility. I run and sit (at work) and getting older so both are critical. Thanks for another great workout! I like to do them after work.
