Exactly, they dont give a fuck. If they would have delivered themselves then it would have been different.
The two students that killed their teacher are terrifying. They acted so casual about not only killing their teacher over a bad grade, but also receiving life sentences. When they apologized to the family, they said it in such a robotic way that they weren't even saying it because they were sorry for themselves, they were saying it because they had to. I’m obviously not defending people who kill, but just because something is written down doesn’t necessarily mean it doesn’t come from the heart. Some people communicate their emotions differently. Letters are written because their contents are formed over a long period of dwelling and reflecting.

A part of the Spanish teacher's obituary: After graduating from school, Nohema worked 17 years as a flight attendant for Mexicana de Aviación. She also studied to be a commercial airline pilot and became one of the first women in Mexico trained to fly passenger jets. Nohema never lost her love of travel, a passion she passed on to her children.
Paul and Nohema moved to Fairfield in 1992 where they reared their family of three children. She became active in St. Mary Catholic Church and eventually attended Mass daily. Nohema’s faith was always her guiding light, and she became a liaison between the parish and Fairfield’s small, but growing Latino community.

@@kimlangley5552 MS looks very remorseful but your right she could be faking everything. I still think there is no viable evidence to charge her w murder rather involuntary manslaughter. I am not saying she's an innocent doll. I'm just saying it actually could have been a mistake. Where's the evidence she drove the route the day before? And could it not just have been a coincidence. The grieving families and prosecutors seem to have railroaded her. Evidence of car crash where one survives I think should credit some the survivor. How would someone/anyone drive intentionally 100 mph into a brick building? Her murder sentence seems illogical at best. She really should have been committed to a mental institution for a few years to see if she was capable of even understanding what she did or if it was intentional.
They are sorry that their plan backfired and they were caught. I'm sure for the guys that they ain't big and bad in jail. Bubba will have a new. Bitch to play with. As for the girls, at least they can't reproduce in jail.
These parole sentences are a joke
Lady was let out parole for murder. Because she said she was high. wtf
It could have been worse!..They would have got off very lightly If they were sentenced in the Nanny State Uk..Thank God It was USA.
In UK they would get suspended sentence if they were pretty girls
In germany they would get 20 hours of social service and the family of the victims would have to pay the court costs if they have no money.
Very obvious the commenters in here are American and have zero knowledge of the outside world. In the UK and Germany, murder is life with possibility of parole after 15 years. Exactly the same as some others here have gotten in their US cases.
These murderers had such a nicer life, as an adolescent, than I did---I would never imagine doing anything harmful to another person.
that's because they're entitled and this behavior was probably enabled. i'm glad you have a good heart despite having lesser fortune 🩷
Children or monsters? What was missing in their lives to kill another person, experiences, boredom, lack of parental love? It's instilling uniqueness, lack of responsibility, lack of discipline and detachment from reality. Everyone deserves a second chance
The fact that Mackenzie Shirilla's parents stood up for her after a horrific case like that.
Her mother pleading to the judge about who her daughter really is without expressing remorse for the victims, and then her father saying "We know you are innocent" as she was being led out of the room after sentencing.
So the example of the parents just shows there's no surprise of how these usual suspects turned out.....puzzle solved.
@@cosmo2852 I highly doubt they set the example for their kid but okay.
So if she was your kid you would stop loving her and have her lose all hope of life? You would let your kid go into prison thinking that their only loved ones don't love them anymore? Trust me, if that was your kid you would do the same. I highly doubt that you would just stop loving your own kid and forget about them.
Crazy that in a free country people can say what they want
If you don't like freedom there are many countries you can move to that don't have it
U can tell by her reaction she wasn’t expecting that sentence probably because her parents spoil her and let her get away with everything she’s wanna them kids who’d probably murder her parents for their money
This country needs to start removing every single judge that grants "parole" after 15 years for murder.
The law often requires it if the killer is a minor or if they cooperated with the investigation. The one getting off easiest is probably Rachel Shoaf, who will likely be paroled in May 2028. Her cohort Shelia Eddy has apparently alarmed the mental health professionals who examined her because her parole date is listed as 01/01/3000. That's right, the year 3000.
Big thanks to the parents for raising such lovely children
Strange hearing the father say, “ you’re innocent “, to the criminal, as she’s led to her cell.
Hard to understand what motivates these young people to ruin their lives through careless and thoughtless acts. Parental control and parental guidance may be part of the problem. Smacking was very common in our household and it never did us any harm.

Concurrent sentencing is a judicial cheap shot. It reduces multiple felonies to one served all at once. Add to that early release, and it's a get out of jail free card. That first girl who drove into a wall at 100 mph is not going to spend life in prison. She'll be out in less than 20 years, with plenty of life left in her. It's a slap in the face to the two males whom she murdered as well as their families too.

Allow me to put human life in perspective. If we were wiped out tomorrow, what change would it make in the universe? Absolutely nothing. Thats how worthless we are as a species. We lie, cheat, steal, scam, and kill each other all the time anyway.
Possibility of parole. In most civilized countries (of which I do not include the US) most murder convicts get 15 to 25 years. Life without parole is withheld for the most egregious of murders and rarely applied. Execution is non-existent in more than 2/3 of countries and not a single advanced democracy (the US not being an advanced democracy.) But, as I said, the sentence allows for the possibility of parole, not parole guaranteed. And to get parole would require multiple circumstances to be in agreement including the victims views. Of course you don't allow for the reality of the sentence because you are creating a strawman in order to whine.
