It almost seemed like the Rodriguez guy was covering for his wife once he started shouting to tell their daughter the whole truth when she starts asking questions.
Legend has it that to this very day he is still screaming… “God!.....God!......God!”
Nahhh💀 but the guy saying “it is what it is” after he gets taped is funny as hell.
😂😂
Do they really think that falling on the floor and fake hyperventilating is going to make them take back the charges?😅
damn seeing that judge tell the lady he wishes she dies in prison. you have to be a special kind of evil to get a judge to do that holy shit
Interesting how people are suddenly insane when it’s time for court.
That fool in the wheelchair screaming God!!! They are going have his whole trial without him in the courtroom. It too late to play crazy buddy. That ship has sailed.
Taped his mouth and he immediately kept talking 😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Nice video
That’s what happens when you do awful things. You gotta pay the price for it. I don’t feel bad for none of them.
Still speaking with his mouth shut 😂😂😂😂

There's an old saying. "Can't do the time, don't do the crime." Crazy how it applies here
These people want to make a scene to be remembered
The dramatics that came from the defendants on the Butts case is just amazing.
Lmao “HIPPA law”
Imagine getting upset over your sentence after you single handedly killed someone.
Imagine not being able to spell single-handedly correctly.
@@ericmharper Oh no, not the grammar police! Typical Karen

The ones that cry and beg after they ruthlessly murdered someone or hurt someone, I feel good they got the sentence they got.
The judge let you choose your sentence and you blew it 😂
Liked the video simply for including the Jacob Morgan case in the video instead of just in the thumbnail.
I should not be this savagely laughing 😅😂
great editing, very smooth and easy to watch.
I enjoyed this video. It showed how selfish evil people are sometimes in a dark humorous way.
All I can think is how did they not faint while doing the act, but faint hearing their sentence.... Selfish and evil
Maybe I'm not fit to be a parent but if my child were to commit a serious crime as in killing someone or being involved in a murder, I'd not shed a tear because of the sentence they'd receive, I'd cry because I lost my child the moment they actively caused someone's death. They should receive any sentence as seen fit by the judge.
That's actually a good thing because we are supposed to raise our kids to be good for society not to be a menace, I'd probably feel the same way honestly because theirs no turning back once you take a life, you lose your child the day they kill someone and that's when you weep but after that you either visit them in jail knowing they will never get out which will jade you or disown them and move away from them either way it's a lose lose situation
if you think its ok to disown your own child for anything then yes you are unfit to have kids get yourself netured.
@@FrankS-ln6ew I think it’s probably okay to disown your child for literally murdering someone in cold blood but okay
@Frank S so if your kid murdered someone you'd be a-okay with it?
@@Meow-oo7yk if you have no loyalty for your own kid then u aint got shit in life get netured.
Seven years for starting a fire that killed a child but 30 years for armed robbery that led to no deaths? Makes absolutely no sense.
one is unintentional the other is confusing
Good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌
the sad thing is that Jacob Morgan didn't even do it. He was innocent.
He was so terrified of the interrogators that he told them what he thought they wanted to hear
it's so obvious from the way he speaks. sometimes i don't understand how these false accusations can be made
the polices job is to secure a conviction and get someone tried, they wanna close the case as quickly as possible
@@JohnSmith-hq6fl police can't secure conviction. They can only secure evidence to build a case. It's the prosecutions job to use said evidence to secure a conviction if possible.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who feels this way, I’m hoping he gets justice because he’s already dealing with the tragic loss of his brother 😢
Yes he did. Ignoramus
Morgan's case is debatable. He was in interrogation for 5 hours. Parents not let in, no lawyer. Claimed there was a confession where there is no proof that he confessed. I hope he and his family are able to live with the tragedy that had befallen them
That's shitty. A 17 year old with no lawyer for 5 hours? And they don't even have a recording of the confession? That's sketchy.
it looked really sketchy. His behaviour was not that of someone who would have intentionally set a fire and killed a family member. Something was really off. Also at 17 he should NOT have been tried as an adult.
Then explain why he didn't call 911 and all the other evidence against him? You can't convince me he's innocent he deserved to rot in jail for life he's a danger to everyone around him
@@ayajade6683 well because maybe he was shit scared? He tried rescuing his brother during that time you cant really call
That makes me think that someone wanted to set him up.
I don’t know the whole story, but I know Jacob Morgan set a house fire that killed his little brother, but I don’t think he meant to kill his brother, so I’m glad he’s out. The fact that he has to live with that is the real punishment
No it was intentional one the fires was started inside the crib he deserved to rot in prison for life as if he can do that to a child what's stopping him from hurting or killing others.
He seemed genuinely hurt by what he had done. I can’t even imagine having to live the rest of his life knowing he did that.
yeah but his reckless/illegal action caused the baby's death, so he's gotta pay.
I know he's autistic but he still has to be held accountable to some degree. A baby still died, intentional or not.
I hope so because if he still lives in Rock Hill Sc then that means he lives not far up the road from me.
Bro gets gagged with bondage tape in a court room, how wild is that 💀
These videos cure my depression.
Lmao I didn't expect this to turn into a comedy 10:38
Lesbians r far more aggresive and violent , they even gets away with hot headedness and crimes they do just because they r females . The world is sexist . If a male or gay male did what those two did they weould be death sentenced .
lol same, that was cringy af
Nah fr it’s disgusting too though because they tortured a child and then reacted like that when they found out actions have consequences
10:32 - Lol, the lady on the left busted out laughing. Good stuff.
me too
I remember seeing the video of Camia Gamet, and the way she just smirks during her sentence is disturbing and disgusting. In fact, when any criminal does that, I just feel sick inside.
She's probably a nightmare in prison. Easy to see her being the biggest bully in the place, probably threatens weaker women to turn over their food to her.
WOW, that one with the 18 year old and her mom crying in the courtroom kinda made me laugh since they legit thought there would be no jail time due to a miscommunication. That should happen to these people more often.
I got kind of mad when the 23 years was reduced to 11. She and her boyfriend killed someone. Then attempted a murder/jacking again, like, what?
I wouldn’t be surprised if they were actually told that she wouldn’t get any time. If the public protector was slammed with cases and underpaid, they could have seen it as an easier way to close the case and get to the next.
@@LovelyAzraThe dude didnt even die though, he just got shot. And she wasnt even the shooter. 20 years for a carjacking that nobody died in feels a little much.

The duct tape... was brilliant. However, as witnessed in the Darrell Brooks trial, he should have moved the defendant into another courtroom and muted the mic.

The way those girls threw themselves on the floor. Sick

That 17 year old was innocent, you can see it in his eyes. He un intentionally killed his family member.
He set the fire to the house, got out and milled around outside while the house was burning.
The guilt was written all over his face.

Pretty sure you’re mistaking him for his wife, it was her sentence that was reversed and she was found not guilty from lack of evidence.
I’ve never understood how people are just stuck on death row. It cannot possibly take years to throw a man in a chair and put a needle in them.
Usually death penalty is given after a amount of time they must spend in prison. Unfortunately to my knowledge most death penalties arent given before they die of suicide or natural causes to what i assume to be fear of it being innocent person as they often reopen cases to check but honestly i agree, and would go further to say death penalty should be given to child murderers, paedophiles and rapists or people who have committed gbh in succession
I think it’s usually all the appeals and other stuff that slows down process

I feel so bad for Krya Cook's mom. Imagine raising and loving a child just for them to ruin their whole life and get sentenced to 11 years in prison. I dont feel bad for Krya herself though she deserves her sentence
nah It’s hard not to sympathize when she’s not the one that shot him, not that she doesn’t deserve her sentence, but we’ve all made terrible decisions, you don’t know her story, things don’t just happen, she probably got influenced by this guy to do what she did, or maybe not we don’t know, but most people aren’t inherently bad, just a series of poor choices that can easily lead to something terrible like that
Yeah I mean carjacking is something pretty awful and you should be punished for doing it but man 11 to 20 years of your life wasted away that you're never going to get back ? That's harsh... many people who abused or raped their victims don't even go to prison for one day... what a world we live in.
@@misterfau985 Yeah I just don't get it. Even in this video, the second case about that dude Franklin Williams, who commited shit like armed robberies and was sentenced to 33 years, while the last case about the serial killer Anthony Kirkland, the video says that he previously served 16 years for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, like what the fuck is this? In fact he killed 4 other women when he was released. That's just stupid. A first-degree murder should be considered so much worse than an armed robbery, they aren't even in the same categories.
@@comealsolito804it’s because the carjacking led to a shot being fired at a civilian, which almost killed them. Basically accessory to attempted murder.
“Cleedlin Ohio” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Those judges behavior was unprofessional. As a judge you MUST keep your cool no matter the situation.
In the first one, if anyone did it, I hope it was him. I hope he was lying about being innocent because if he’s serving life in prison with his baby’s death for no reason and someone out there who actually did do it is fine, that would be heartbreaking.
He did
I hate to say this, but he’s guilty. Traces of his dna were found on items likely used to dispose of evidence. Satellite pings traced his phone into the nearby woods. The kid’s blood was under his fingernails.
Yeah you can read about it. He absolutely did it.
How did Kirkland ever get out after being found guilty of murder? The justice system is broken
