I just read up on Scarcella. Apparently, there were AT LEAST 20 convictions that he investigated that were overturned due to his improper conduct. He was actually allowed to retire and now probably lives quite nicely on his undeserved pension. Piece of sh*t!

They need to charge that detective who falsely had those men arrested. They lost years of their lives, he should have to pay by serving time himself.

As of September 2022, at least 20 people had their convictions vacated in Scarcella's homicide cases, after more than 400 combined years of imprisonment, as the Kings County District Attorney's Office (Brooklyn DA) continued to review many of the detective's estimated 200 homicide investigations. Prosecutors and judges have explicitly cited evidence of his improper conduct, in criminal cases involving at least 12 convicted defendants, and legal settlements have surpassed $100 million. Nevertheless, Scarcella has consistently denied wrongdoing, and the statute of limitations has protected him from possible legal consequences.

you know who else needs to be punished and charged? the people who INTERFERE in other peoples lives, like at 19:35, and think they can decide whether a father can see their child or not, and INSANE wives who fkn OPENLY want to go out, tell random men how "evil" their husband is, then be used by the guys taking advantage of a sad wife by fking her and using her for sex while she thinks "hes such a good guy and cares about who i am", then they coach her into destroying her husband legally and taking away the kids, all because they want to secure some clueless woman into a life of her bending over whenever he wants. its the woman and the guys who OPENLY fkn someones wife, alongside with the court who should be charged and DESERVE what happened. look at those APES in the court. dude clearly said "this could have been prevented had you let me see my kid". humans are fkn wild animals. we have millions of years of evolution to want to protect our offspring and raise them and see them safe, however, society goes ENTIRELY AGAINST everything thats natural. if there was no society, there would be no "legally taking away your child" society and the circus that are courts, CORNERED a wild animal (humans are animals), and then fkn get mad and have the audacity to charge and blame the man for getting angry and taking matters upon his hands, and try to blame him while compltely ignoring the fact that they were responsible. How is he not in jail? This is the type of sit that makes me hate our judicial system. I stay out of there way at all cost. Can you imagine knowing your innocent but no one elieves you but your family. Then 20 years later they realize they did make a mistake and release you. In there error they make you a millionaire. 20 urs of my life for a few million dollars. Not worth the trade. @thedoomslayer2468 yea, I'm aware they are considered domestic terroristic threats. I'm not condoning or saying I agree with the man's behavior because I don't. I just can't help but think about the fact that the man's already in prison. The circumstances make it highly unlikely that the threats would or even could be acted upon. He was clearly agitated and upset and said some crazy shit. He got 20 more yrs of his life taken away for saying something while mad. It just blows my mind, I guess. Anyway, I'm sure he is probably a piece of work, and it's better for society to keep him in there. Lol it's just crazy to me.

That poor boy! Not only does he now have to live without his mother, sister and father. He has to live with knowing that his father took them away from him which is hard enough, without knowing that he also wanted him dead also and said he wasn’t sorry for his actions! And then ontop of all that trauma he made him go through the trail where he pretty much laughed in his face and made a spectacle of destroying his life! I hope that that amazing officer gives that poor boy the support and medical help because he truly is going to need it! 😞

Yes! And those are only 2 that you know off, back in the day ALL COPS used to arrest and falsely accuse people of things cos there was no cameras, no cell phones, and people were a lot dumber and easily believed ALL COPS were “good guys.”
NYC, BOSTON in the 70s 80s and 90s? Forget about it, all of the cops were on the take.

More than that. It was something to the tune of 20 people over the span of two decades were wrongfully imprisoned by his janky investigation tactics. I think the total settlements are in the 400+ million range.

The last person only served 16 years for murdering his ex-girlfriend??? He's free and then takes four more women's lives before he finally receives the death penalty. Judges and prosecutors that seek and grant these absurdly light sentences need to be held accountable by losing their bar license. At the very least! This is horrific.

I have been living in Waukesha for almost 6 years now and I was in the crowd when he drove through the crowd, and I almost got hit myself. The amount of lives that were affected around me was devastating, I personally knew Tamara because she was a friend of my mom, such a sweet woman who loved helping kids to learn and loved her work no matter what she did. To this day I still hurt over those poor babies and friends that were injured and killed man, and I know 3 other people that went to therapy (including myself) because of what they witnessed. This is is a sad reality that you don't think something like this can happen, but it might.

I remember hearing about Bunn's case, (I was doing that case as a presentation for my Criminology) I included the clip where he was found innocent, the main reason I did Bunn's case was for a topic of "Not All People In Jail Are Guilty" and when I watched the clip where he was released, I was stood like a dad watching the news, legs in an acute angle and my hands folded behind my back and I cheered when he got proven innocent. I'm sure it was a heart-warming moment for me and I'm sure for Bunn's family
