      @@nate8604 So two wrongs make a right... Nice strategy. And let's be clear as a 49ers fan who watched and liked Kap from before anybody else even knew his name. Kap didn't get his job back because he can't accurately throw the ball to save his life. I had high hopes for him great athlete, great arm strength, but no accuracy.

    • @nate8604
      @nate8604 4 роки тому +4

      Mith it’s clear you like to deflect. I don’t believe you are a 49ers fan either. Shannon never called for Drew’s job. He even picked the Saints to win their division, even with Tom Brady going to Tampa. Take some accountability, stop twisting the truth to fit your narrative.

    More good conversation has come out of Drew making the mistake than ever would have happened if he had just come out initially and understood. I think what Shannon was saying is that the black community was so hurt because they felt betrayed by someone that they loved and who they thought loved them. I think he does love the people in that community but needed to learn more. I think that education, learning and changing minds is what we're going for here, right. So when a man makes a mistake and wants to learn more, let him change, you'd want the same for you if you make a mistake.

      @@Josetipo28 Hope you love him more now. It takes a humble man to admit he was wrong and want to change. It will take a lot of prayers, forgiveness and humility for everyone through mistakes and conversations for there to be real progress made. We've got to let people stumble as as they try and walk and keep encouraging them rather than condemning when they are trying to change and grow. It's difficult for anyone to really understand another's situation until you've walked a mile in their shoes.

Those are tragic, some im sure mistakes, a few still justified. While you have actual war fatality numbers in chicago, and expect rational self minded people to understand the uproar. One lost life is too many. But when you focus on a dozen tragic losses of life while you ignore 100s.....whos really clueless? I think if you allowed yourself to think for yourself instead of what gets forced on you as reality, you might start to see the problem isnt just the police. In reality they are at the bottom of the list if black lives actually mattered to everyone screaming it.

      You might agree that in the fight for equality, blacks have always needed a few good whites...sorry, but that's the way it has been. Don't think that white men want to listen to black men; history is damn clear that a white man thinks he's got all the answers, and doesn't care what a black man thinks. (I'm including all genders here). The men who passed Brown v. Board, where white; it was a white man, LBJ, who passed the 1964 Civil Rights Act. If Brees can live up to what he's stepped into, his talent and influence can be useful.
