      Officer's knee wasn't on his neck and he had triple the amount of lethal dose of fentanyl in his system. No damage to his trachea or surrounding arteries. The coroner who did the autopsy said that if Floyd were to have been found dead the cause would have immediately been deemed an overdose. The poor officer was tried by the court of public opinion and the legal system let down the American people.

      @TDPhinsTalkAdmin 3 роки тому +5

      @@davidgv3527 that’s not true whatsoever you found that on Twitter and did zero fact checking...The Hennepin County medical examiner's office ruled Floyd's death was a homicide caused by "cardiopulmonary arrest" complicated by "restraint, and neck compression" while he was being subdued by police. Dr. Martin Tobin, a pulmonologist and critical care specialist of Loyola University Medical Center, also testified during Chauvin's trial that Floyd died of a lack of oxygen from being pinned to the pavement with a knee on his neck. He added, “A healthy person subjected to what Mr. Floyd was subjected to would have died." While findings from Floyd's autopsy revealed 11 nanograms per milliliter of fentanyl in his blood, medical experts called as prosecution witnesses agreed the amount of fentanyl was not enough to be considered fatal. Dr. Daniel Isenschmid, a forensic toxicologist at NMS Labs in Pennsylvania, testified and presented data showing the levels of methamphetamine found in Floyd's system were lower than the average amount found in 94% of DUI cases in 2020. Cardiologist Jonathan Rich told the court: "I can state with a high degree of medical certainty that George Floyd did not die from a primary cardiac event, and he did not die from a drug overdose."
      YOU ARE WILLFULLY IGNORANT! These are facts that cannot be argued. You choose not to do research and you choose not to watch the trial. Please stop yourself.

Also if the officer felt in danger why was he chilling with his hands in his pocket as he was chilling kneeling down on a man's neck while he was helpless? In the 60’s and 70’s Howard Cosell had provided Muhammad Ali a platform to express his political views, and you are achieving the same thing on your platform. Mr. Bayless you should be honor among the sport world and should be giving the recognition for the brave act you are creating. As a Black American, I take my hat off to you and I will always support you and your future endeavors. That's what the Marshalls are there for. The literal mob was a bigger threat to the jurors back in the 70s and 80s than any rioters can pose rn

    . Where’s leFrauds accountability on actually doing research? Oh, doesn’t fit his agenda. LeFraud is the last person that should be talking about accountability. Resisting arrest and harming women is also something people should be held accountable for. As is supporting murderers making your products, as is lying about suppression.But hey.

    Why is the OJ Simpson trial being compared to this? He’s a murderer that wasn’t held accountable.
