Yes to all 5. I had a severe injury which caused lack of sleep and a great deal of stress as I live on my own and was very immobile. It took a toll of my general health. I ended up with Candida and there was also a mould problem in my house, with dampness. This lead to a histamine issue and inflammation. I became intolerant to different foods. My diet became restricted which didn’t help with nutrition. Being immobile and stuck in bed meant no sunlight and my vit d was on the low side. At the same time I hit the menopause and had Covid which was the final straw for my poor hair! I know a lot of people suffered hair loss with covid. A combination of dealing with the mould with charcoal supplements and natural anti histamines like quercetin, helped. I took collagen powder, natural b complex as well as red clover for hormones and vit d. Finally I took millet extract and pumpkin seed extract which I feel has extended the anagen phase of hair growth. Getting more sleep was a crucial step. Thank you Dr Dinezza. Oh yes I also used caffeine on my hair roots.
Great video! Stress management is so big 💯I’d like to add toxic burden like heavy metal accumulation to possible things that can contribute to hair loss.
In those that are insulin resistant (high insulin levels is a part of it) may have temporary hair loss while reducing carbs (& energy) if they don't do it a certain way. It's actually the reduction of available energy, not carbs, that is the true problem. The general goal with carb restriction is lowering basal insulin levels. Reducing carbs will result in desired insulin levels but not at first. It can take some time. Higher insulin levels, which maaaaany of us have, results in the inability to use our fat stores (less available energy). This means that we are not able to appropriately access our body fat to use for energy. Thus, low carbs coming in and low fat availability = low "available" energy. After a few weeks (or months) of a carb-restricted regimen permits insulin levels to regulate (lower) which permits fat stores to be accessed for energy (finally). This, in turn, reduces the energy deficit and permits hair production. But, what can one do now? Increasing fat intake temporarily can mitigate the hair loss (along with the provision of the structural materials noted in the video). But, another fantastical benefit is the impact of lower insulin levels on our hormones!!! Less male-pattern baldness, less PCOS, etc! Great stuff! Thank you for this great info Doc!
Im a mess. I sleep everynight but i dont remember dreaming at all. I have low t (340). I have read candida can cause hormonal imbalances? Is this true? I balded at age 19. Still hasnt come back. I am a poster child for low inositol. And apparently candida can eat your inositol
Listen says Diogenes: I lost my hair the same month I was discharged from the military. So yes, stress has something to do with it. I figured this out just now: Hair loss is osteoporosis of the hair follicles. Think about it -- what is the closest bone(s) to the skin: the scalp to the skull. If osteoporosis is bone loss and hair loss is osteoporosis of the hair [follicles], then shouldn't the same cocktail used to cure osteoporosis work for hair loss?: Silica Boron Magnesium Vitamin K2 Copper I know what you're saying: calcium is what cures osteoporosis. Wrong! Calcium is leached from the bone in osteoporosis -- and so is calcium leached from the scalp to clog hair follicles 😮😮😮. Taking calcium does not fix osteoporosis. Taking things to stop calcium from leaching...does. I'll repeat those things: Silica Boron Magnesium Vitamin K2 Copper
So you're saying here that each person loses about 100-150 hair strands every day. So logically every person should get about 100-150 hair strands every day, too, right? Otherwise we'd grow bold eventually if we would not compensate the hair strands we lost, right?
Have you seen any improvement in hairloss from any of your Sibo or candida patients? I think that could cause stress and inflammation as well and could be a big cause for many.
I read about some recent studies which showed lavender oil, peppermint oil, or a mix of essential oils each performs well for general hair loss or alopecia areata. Most of the studies were in mice, but the potential is there.
Do you know of any research on the link between fasting and hair loss/growth - seeing as it places a hormetic stress on the body, and forces it to use stored fat for fuel until carbohydrates become available at the next meal? Thank you

You are the best! thank you 💚
How do we “examine” histamin? Is it simple blood work?
I *LOVE* your paintings! I do watercolors. I found that any oil on my scalp clogs my follicles, causing my waist-length hair to fall out.

Another really helpful plant that works against stress is Rhodiola rosea. Would be my first pick :)
I have horrible histamine intolerance and of course sibo with hair loss, can you explain how histamine can relate to hair loss and what to do?🙏
Can I ask you about your symptoms ...mine are out of control and I dont know if its histamine or not ...also have stupid sibo!

Really useful info, thank you for all info

Considering that stress is so important, why aren’t we running clinical trials with topical steroids or other antiinflamatory drug class?

I did a 17 day water fast and a month later my hair started falling out in large amounts.
Any recommendations for hair loss due to lichen planus?
Dr dinezza, whats ur take on coffee / caffeine?
Increases my will to live by over 500% 😂
@@471444a yeah but i feel it stops recovery by like, alot. There is little recovery in the fight flight mode..:/
Have you been saving up your comb hair to make this intro? Haha
Stress, yes! Don't watch the news.
