- This is a 20 min studio documentary from the recording of our debut album with Kurt Ballou in his Godcity studios, Salem MA, February 2010. Filmed by us and edited by Fredrik Hana. Taken from the Deluxe Edition DVD. English subtitles.
I'd be terrified to play guitar in front of Kurt B. It'd be like sculpting in Michelangelo's presence.
'A' grade punk with from time to time black metal vocals! Unique in every way! Favourite band in the world right now.

Great stuff. Listened to this record over and over on the road (cycling). Love the production - so many layers sitting together perfectly. Spent plenty of hours recording in studios years ago and still obsess over drum and gtr sounds.
I fucking love Kvelertak. Because of them, i'm proud to be a norwegian ☺

Fun fact, kult has two meanings in Norwegian. It can mean cult, and it can also be a grammatical conjugation of the word "kul" which is just the norwegian spelling of cool.
