A rotator cuff is a group of four muscle
that allows you to move your arm up and away from the body.
Rotator cuff tear causes unable to raise arm .
pain and soreness occur at the affected shoulder. you have difficulty to sleep at that side due to pressure.
drop arm test, speed test , empty can test, hawkins test, can suggest to check rotator cuff injury.
physiotherapy rehabilitation is recommended to regain shoulder movement and strengthen.
