Shihono Kata

In this video, I break down the last kata in the White Belt series called Shihono Kata. This means 4 corners in English. The kata introduces you to turning in different directions quickly and with a defensive technique. Each direction of the kata follows a pattern of block, kick, punch, punch. The kicks are a middle level (or belt level) front kick and your stance throughout the kata is front stance.
