    Hi Dimitra. I just absolutely love your recipes. You are a very talented and creative cook and your dishes look scrumptious. I can't wait to try this recipe. My favorite food is Greek/Mediterranean and I just bought a 500 color page recipe book on the Mediterranean diet that I can't wait to dive into. You are a lovely person inside and outside with so many talents and your family is just beautiful. Your husband is one blessed man to have you for his wife and your children are blessed that you are their mother. Keep those Mediterranean recipes coming and I will love to try what you have already posted on your channel as well as future dishes. PS: I love Hummus and Tziki sauce and Tahini on everything. Thank you for the wonderful woman you are and for the fantastic dishes you create with such simplicity yet creative style.

    I made this using egg roll wrappers in the air fryer. Really good! The onion-infused oil is pure magic.

    Wonderful. After watching this video i have made this two times for us and one for a party. For the party we used pita pockets. A great hit. I love sumac and i also love having the leftover onion infused olive oil in the fridge to use for other things.my EXVirgin olive oil is fro Nudo in Italy. We love it. I have adopted a tree in a grove every year for many years now and they send me all the produce from my” tree.

    I likoe your recipes specially the Greek, actually the Greek food is similar to the Palestinian food. Musakhan is a traditional Palestinian food, onions cooked totally with olive oil and spread on special kind of bread then top the bread with the cooked chicken and broiled one bread at a time or two. SO good.

    • @rubinaislam1
      @rubinaislam1 6 років тому

      I have also seen recipes of Musakhan where the flat bread is soaked with chicken stock and then you put the onion and chicken and broil it.

    My mom and dad always made this with homemade bread (circular size, about 1/3” thick and 8-10” round). The chicken was bone-in and roasted, and sat on top of the bread. This is the new (faster/easier) method: rolling the chicken up in filo dough.

    Sumac is a plant that's Native American. It's sad that people here don't know about it but people halfway around the world use it all the time. Let's start using foods Native to the Americas like sumac, soursop, dragon fruit, guava, wild rice, etc.
