hey George, I've got the same aquarium but the light seems to be weak, is there a solution to increase the light in this aquarium? have you got an idea or a link? thanks!
I'm setting up my home 40 aquarium soon with seiryu rock, 3 pieces (1.5kg) mopani wood, amazon swords and or java fern at the back to give coverage and hiding areas if enough rock left try to create some type of 'cave' for the the african dwarf frogs. At the front I'm thinking of anubias nana one on either side to just give a but if colour but really like the look of the ones your using at the front which would you recommend and which is better the substrate your using or the nutri one thanks.
Looks ace. ... just got this tank. Can I please ask you which filter you use in yours? Mine didn't come with one so currently using my old one but would prefer it to go inside the casing....
+colin jones I had that before, I cant remember is it my shrimps or ottos cleared them off, I think my shrimp did. Slowly the roots turn darker too, and fungus no longer grow too.
On my Home 80 black it was glued on quite well and the glass ain't the thickest, but if you're careful you can get it off with a thin knife and some gentle persuasion. I took it off straight away as it does look rather ugly and replaced it with JBL canister filter.
I really love this tank
I love ur designs

The tank looks good, I dont like the white filter box, but great job with the scape:)
Amazing vídeo ¡ Nice job, thanks

That was great!!!
Wish I had the resources you guys do... hard to get good plants in the Rocky Mountains
Hey, I was wondering what filter you used?
how do you clean the tank? looks difficult with the wood.
muy bonito!
Great video! What do you use to maintain/feed the plants?
That's fantastic. Can you possibly answer a question please from 1.59 to 2.01 it goes very dark at the back if the tank. Did you add more substrate?

Hi George, what are your thoughts on the LED lighting on this tank?
Seems good. All plants are growing :)
i had another question, do you have to change the soil over a time?
yes you have to, someday.
Hi George great aquascape. Can you tell me does your red moor wood grow a type of fungus on it? And if so how do you deal with it?
+colin jones I had that before, I cant remember is it my shrimps or ottos cleared them off, I think my shrimp did. Slowly the roots turn darker too, and fungus no longer grow too.
Did you use co2
Hi George, great video as usual, how did you manage to remove to filter compartment?
Its fairly easy, by using a razor blade you can detach the filter from the silicone.

Great design. I couldn't tell... Injecting CO2?
+Fish Behind Glass Yes. Thanks! :)
Your tanks always look superb , where do you get all the small cuttings from ? Do you take them from other tanks or order them online?
+FishPie I get them direct from the supplier. They come in pots and I split them into portions for planting. Thank you.
Can you remove the filter box inside tank ?
Yes

Hey looks fantastic! I was wondering can you remove the white internal box for the filter if you have an external one ?
Yes
