Apparently there had been a problem with this fuse blowing previously and someone replaced the 10amp fuse with a 20amp and it failed again. You should never do this because it creates a fire hazard. This vehicle has an intermittent short circuit between the fuse and the bulb. It will potentially continue to blow the fuse or because there is an oversized fuse it may start a fire because the small wire that is rated for 10amps might melt before the 20amp fuse blows. I appreciate your effort to help people but you need to be more knowledgeable about what you’re demonstrating. I have considerable experience with this, having been an auto mechanic and then an Electrician for 43 years.

hi in my case, fuse is perfect instead i replaced all the headlight fuses with there AMP rating fuse, still RH light is not working for high beam. any solution

It returned results for "both high beams work but both low beams do not work (and vice-versa)" but not for "both high beams work but only one low beam does not work". 1998 Honda Civic LX here. I'll buy a fuse when the store opens today.

Same at the start of the problem one was working and other wasn't after a month both stopped working fuse jala huwa ha new lagata hu to wo bhi jala deta hai
Hi! i have the exact same problem! However, the fuses are all right upon checking and there's only one relay for both the headlights so thats not the problem since the other headlight and the high beam of the defective headlight also works. My bulb is not blown but upon swapping of the bulbs it also does not work on low beam. Hopefully, the bulb is the problem since im going to buy one.
Similar problem and I heard it can be corroded wires or wires chewed by animals so you can keep an eye out for that also but should be close to the socket if theres a short since the rest of the light (highbeams are working), idk :)

Make sure you have connected the probes properly to the multimeter and set the multimeter to continuity mode.

Bhai agr aapke paas device ni h to aapko single single fuse check krna padega nikal kr.
Check krna ki wire break to ni hui fuse me.

The blown fuse is a indication of a short. That fuse will keep blowing up.
