Outstanding work! Too bad you're not closer to me, or I'd have you build one for my van. Also, the music was a perfect touch! Take care and God Bless!!
You guys are unbelievably awesome craftsmen! Your attention to detail and great video production made this a pleasure to watch. You have inspired me to build for my e450 chassis. Thank you
Me too. Same exact thing. Thank you so much for the inspiration as there many of us that have basic hand tools and no access to a shop anymore. You showed us how it can be built without a fabrication shop and CNC waterjet cutters. Using the K.I.S.S. method and your perseverence you created functional art. The van looks better (way better) than the team of engineers who created the original. Thanks again, shopping for some cold rolled now!!!
Important feature- some where to stand to clean the windshield . Some of the kit bumpers are not flat on top . Vans always get lots of bugs on the windshield .
I haven’t but I am actually about to build a pre runner style tube bumper for a Pathfinder. I do have an Econoline at the shop I can use to build you one if you’re looking for one. Message me on IG/FB or email me
Would you build a similar bumper in aluminum? Looking for a lighter version for a small class C RV based on a 2023 Ford E350 chassis with an integral 12K winch and three (3) pairs off 5" square LED lights.
This bumper was built with 1/8 and 1/4 inch steel. The main frame mounts and supporting pieces that go to the bumper are 1/4, as well as the support that goes from the frame mount to the side of the bumper. The center is all 1/4, the winch box. The rest of the body is 1/8
Gtreat work, really like your fabrication & design skills! Both utilitarian and cool! Liked & Subscribed!
Thank you for your words and the sub! This build is still one of my favorites 🤝🏼

More than enough room on this one to stand on and clean that windshield 🤘🏼
Awesome bumper and music!
Is there a link to that music? 🤘🤘
Just subbed great work!
Thanks man!! I appreciate your words 🤘🏼🖤
Dude that looks amazing! Have you ever done a prerunner style bumper for an econoline? I’ve been looking for a nice a simple one.
I haven’t but I am actually about to build a pre runner style tube bumper for a Pathfinder. I do have an Econoline at the shop I can use to build you one if you’re looking for one. Message me on IG/FB or email me
Can you show that dual damper setup ?
Unfortunately this is a customers vehicle and is now out of the shop, my apologies!
nice build. can this be ordered? if so hiw much?
Thank you! I do not offer shipping, but I am located in KY and do in house builds like this for any vehicle!
I need one for my 1989 ford econoline van. How much do you build them for?
For pricing and more info please message me on FB/IG! Thank you!
Nice job! How thick is the sheet metal?
I want to say this one was 3/16, but I cannot remember exactly. My material ranges between 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, and 3/8.
@@CheatedDeathFabrication I plan to make one, what thickness would you recommend?
I’d recommend a complete 3/16 build. You could also make the frame mounts 1/4 thick. Best of luck!!
Would you build a similar bumper in aluminum?
Looking for a lighter version for a small class C RV based on a 2023 Ford E350 chassis with an integral 12K winch and three (3) pairs off 5" square LED lights.
Unfortunately I don’t work with aluminum
@@CheatedDeathFabrication Thanks for responding.
...."Complex Build."..? You made this look EASY AF! dude!.
Haha thank you sir!!
How do I get a quote for my econoline van?
Please message me on FB or IG, or email me at CheatedDeathFabrication@outlook.com. I’m located in KY and do not offer shipping
You might of said but what thickness did you build the bumper out of?
This bumper was built with 1/8 and 1/4 inch steel. The main frame mounts and supporting pieces that go to the bumper are 1/4, as well as the support that goes from the frame mount to the side of the bumper. The center is all 1/4, the winch box. The rest of the body is 1/8
@@CheatedDeathFabrication Thank you! Going to start building mine soon. I was thinking I'd use 3/16" on the bumper and 1/4 for the brackets. Nice job!
@@AtownCreep that’s always a good option too, a little bit thicker/ heavier but it’ll definitely be stout like this one! I look forward to seeing it!
how much does it cost to bumper
Please message me on IG or FB or email for pricing! Thank you
I have a 2003 4 x 4 E350 Econoline can you build me a front bumper like one you just built and I have a winch to put on there to. Jon
I absolutely can. Please message me on Facebook or Instagram or email me. Thank you
