I can’t help but smile to see animal behaviour. The intelligence of the elephants is so amazing to watch, how they throw the ice blocks on the floor to break it up. I really wasn’t expecting to see that. This is why they are incredible creatures, and I am glad the are being protected all over the world

Okay but what doesn't Luke do for the zoo?? According to this video he's an elephant keeper, the show has listed him as the Irwin family assistant and the zoo general manager, and he edits and writes for the zoo's quarterly magazine. Sounds like his honeymoon is a much needed vacation!
*Remember 'Burma'... you know the NZ Auckland Zoo elephant that you reneg'd on taking at the very last minute, who would have gotten well with your older elephant.... but then you went & got more elephants....!!!! How about donating heaps of money to the South Australia Zoo, who are fundraising to build an elephant enclosure for Burma and two other Elephants from within Aussie to get it all set up.*
