  • In the wake of controversy surrounding CRT, Moms for Liberty, Book Bans, and the ongoing attacks on DEI; Black school leaders in particular have been punitively targeted. "Navigating Political Backlash: The Underground Railroad for Black Educational Leadership During an Up-coming Election Year" is sponsored by LCC's African American Student Programs and G.R.I.O.T (Greatness Rediscovered in Our Time). At this event, we will learn how Black current and former superintendents navigate especially during an contentious election year.
